Nice little flat.

Lovely quiet area. Clean and relaxed flat. Parking was nice and easy. Not far to walk to the shops. There was milk in the fridge and a couple of chocolate biscuits there when we arrived which was a lovely touch. We had a great stay.

A couple of windows couldn't be opened which was a shame but being winter it was not to much of an issue. It would have made venting out the flat in a day a little easier though.

Quiet, convenient, well furnished location

Comfortable, quiet location with parking and easy access into Blackpool. Good value for money. Only stayed one night to see a show, on our way home from a holiday elsewhere. Short drive from property to sea front in Cleveleys, had a very bracing walk with fantastic views towards the Lakes and Morecambe Bay, on arrival. Didn’t try any of the bars or restaurants there. Property in quiet street 5 min walk from tram stop.

A well-provisioned flat in a quiet and convenient location

The flat is in a quiet and respectable neighbourhood, it felt safe walking to and from it day or night. It is self-catering and so we were free to come and go whenever. One day we ate out for breakfast, the other two days made our own there in the kitchen. I had to request a larger frying pan than the one that was in the cupboard and Brenda dropped it off for us. Lots of provisions such as tea, coffee, milk and a couple of sweet treats. (Though we'd brought our own milk) Washing up liquid and cloths etc provided too. Various toiletries provided, thankfully, I'd forgotten my shampoo! There's an electric fire if you feel cold and heats the place well. Dimmable lights! Everything you could need was provided.

The towels in the bathroom smelled damp to begin with, prior to use. The eiderdown duvet was way too warm for me. Kitchen cupboards and drawers need a clean.

Wonderful and would return

Everything was provided for a fabulous stay , including toiletries, the apartment is fabulous , comfortable bed , and pillows , nice walk in shower towels provided , big tv in lounge ,,, Kitchen had all cooking stuff , no oven or grill but toaster microwave and a double hot plate , could have done with a small freezer box in fridge , but this didn’t spoil our stay , , there is a beautiful garden to sit in , and I sat chatting with the host Brenda a very nice lady , The area is quiet , 10 minutes walk takes you to shops pubs restaurants , and tram and bus stop , it’s a great area to be in

Ideally situated. Very quiet location. Superb decor and amenities. Host had provided exactly for what she wanted for her own home. Welcomed me on arrival and helped with baggage. Comprehensive welcome pack with helpful instructions.
