Charles Alexander Short Stay - Botanical House

The location was superb, there is free parking on the South Promenade, or paid parking (cheap) both short distances away, the phone was always answered by staff who were helpful. It was right on the high street and the promenade was just round the corner so to speak. The property was clean and had all the facilities you need, milk, coffee, tea and sugar were provided along with an electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable.

There was a coffee machine but I could not operate the coffee machine, there were no instructions on how to. The blue gate identifying the property was faded so not easy to spot but a phone call was all required to resolve and the lady picks up quite quickly.

How clean it was, warm and cosy.

I could not find the bins so left the rubbish inside.had trouble finding it the map says it’s near “the works” shop I even asked 2 community officers to help thay found it after about 20 minutes.because I don’t get the internet on my phone, not into that, I could not get inn so I phoned the lady who was nice gave me the number to get into the main door once I stepped in all the details came up on my internet . Ta

Location is amazing, very clean apartment, didn't rate the staff because we didn't meet anyone everything is done by email.

This apartment DOESN'T sleep 4 people. If you're a family of 4 with 2 small and I mean no older than 10 you're grand. My daughter is 15 and I slept on the sofa bed it was so bad I ended up sleeping on the floor. This apartment will sleep 3 but no more unless they are small children. You can hear everything going on outside the windows aren't great however because of the amazing location everything is quiet by 11. Be careful with parking, park on the sea front we parked outside and got a ticket so just be careful.

Location being close for the purpose of our visit. Shopping and places to eat.

Heavy fire doors. Thought our property was on first floor but had to climb a further floor. When elderly carrying suitcases was very difficult. Bed very low and soft and sofa quite hard.
