Good location but not comfy

Central location good public transport links really close to shops bars etc

Bed really really uncomfortable had to use sofa bed,shower luke warm and property cold warmest room hall. Be ideal in summer not so much winter months. Old building property had all amenities but just simply not comfortable.

Nice location, shame about the failure of hot water

The properties was clean and well presented.

The hot water was not working at all meaning I had a week when I could not shower. The staff did their best, but as it was New Year, it could not be resolved. Secondly, the bed is quite hard and inconveniently located.

Sofa bed not very comfy Could do with a better clean as there was a bottle under sofa bed that has been there since August as was there the last time we came found sweets under the sofa when looking for my toddlers toys

Difficult to see lock box code to access prooerty key as to dark and tiny to slide numbers into position. I used a torch to shine on lock box to slide numbers into position

Everything else was just perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The only thing I could think of that could be improved is the mattress on the double bed. Could feel all the springs and couldnt get a full night's sleep.

Overall it was nice place but Fan was missing on the warm summer night's, very difficult to sleep.

It was quite a warm day at Cleverley’s. It would have been helpful if the CA had provided us with a fan, as it was very difficult to sleep at night with no breeze at all.

Waste of money, the audacity to charge a damage waiver is laughable

Location

Uncomfortable mattress, bed placement was appalling resulting in bruises when rolling over, crockery needed to be cleaned before use as food residue was still encrusted on the bowls, lip marks were still present on the glasses, cutlery also needed to be cleaned before use….. I could go on, but don’t want to waste my time. Suffice to say, the second night we paid to stay elsewhere

Location is good, it's quiet. The bed was comfortable, there was coffee,tea,sugar and condiments supplied. It was a cosy warm apartment.

The kitchen sink has rust spots all over it, kitchen knife had what looked like blood/rust all over it. Shower didn't work properly and the toilet is not bolted to the floor,so loose.
