great location everything you needed in apartment clean and roomy

Location excellent.
Slept well and useful fan to keep cool.
Shower temperature control not great, took ages to get it right.
Sink was very slow for water going down.

Property was clean, welll maintained and plenty of space for two people.
No lift to apartment 6 which is right at the top of the building and you have to make your way up endless flights of narrow stairs with luggage. We were there for an event at Winter Garden and had costumes that weighed quite a bit. Definitely not suitable for an elderly person. Would not feel safe walking around the immediate area outside the apartment on my own or after dark.

The mermaid flat was very clean , but basic
Had to request xtra pillows & cover for the pull out sofa ;
But was resolved very quickly!
The flat was very Equipped
But could have done with better furniture!
All in all was what we paid for !
Some furniture could have been updated !
Very basic “ but very clean. ;)
