Clean, comfortable with all basics provided for the stay including towels. East access to the promenade- flat so easy walking. Easy access in and around the room if gave a mobility issue.

Great location, close to the centre and attractions. Owners were helpful and pleasant. Dog friendly.
Our parking was limited to on-street, between 6pm and 9am. We had to move to a nearby car park to avoid penalty charges during the day. The accommodation is listed with free on site parking so this needs clarification.

the room was nice good shower could do with the windows cleaning and fresh lick of paint
outside needs tidying up windows cleaning and parking is abit dodgy dog phoo by gate and abit muddy when wet

Easy access to town centre.
Much of the limited cupboard space was taken up with boxes of cereal and condiments left by previous guests.
