Needs new mattress Bed settee back not connecting kept moving. Rather dangerous

Great facilities. Clean and everything you could ask for.

Window wouldn't close so very cold.

It was convenient for Poulton centre and easy access to public transport.

Well positioned to surrounding activities, quiet road and able to park outside facility. Quality of fittings and decor was excellent. Felt very homely.

Steep staircase up to flat, could do with handrail to the upper part of stairs. The cover on the duvet could do with an upgrade, and supply of extra pillows would be an advantage.

Excellent location in nice town, good transport links. Apartment had all you needed to cook for yourself and a number of pubs and restaurants in town 10 minutes walk away.

Bed was a bit hard for me and another pillow would have been nice but that’s just my choice!

Location, cleanliness, facilities and price - all great.

The velux sky light in the bedroom needs to be coverable, otherwise it's bright daylight first thing in the morning.

Ideal place to stay in poulton town ,comfy bed lovely flat everything you need ,great contact.

Location, nice apartment, clean and bright.Easy check in and out.

Internet was not available most of the time,.just wifi without Internet.

The property was excellent, even had a roof terrace. A few minutes walk to the centre.

The apartment was in a good location for us and was attractive and very clean. There was a good shower with plenty of hot water. The coffee machine and pods were a nice touch. There was a small outdoor seating space off the bedroom.

Parking was very difficult. We had to park in another street away from the property. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The mattress was past its best and needs replacing. The bed linen was cheap, poor quality and looked unattractive. The pillows were uncomfortable. The sofa was uncomfortable.

The apartment is in a really central location for shops, pubs, supermarkets etc. I stayed with my sister after we had been at the Winter Gardens for a show. My partner and I live in the Poulton area but don't have a guest room so this apartment was walking distance to his house. I had decided to stay at the property with my sister as it was part of her birthday gift. On the day I was having issues with emails coming through on my phone and text Lindsay who responded super quickly with the lock box code to get the key. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a self catering stay. It's beautifully decorated and well equipped. I had read another person's review advising they didn't want to say how good it was as they may have difficulty booking and I completely agree. If I have family coming to stay in the future I will definitely be looking to book them in here.

Absolutely nothing!

I almost don't want to recommend it as it means we may have trouble booking next time! However this apartment is perfect for a stay in Poulton, it has everything you need, clean, comfortable. With family in the area its a go to place to stay for us on visits.

Nothing was wrong at all would be nice to have a couple of extra pillows only because I'm use to two ,it's an age thing Bed was very comfy indeed and balcony was a bonus.

Excellent position for walking into Poulton Town centre but in a quite area, lovely decorated and the balcony is great addition, re-hired for a trip in February it's that good
