Facile d'accès depuis les axes routiers. Parking en sous-sol ! En bas de la vieille villes, toutes les commodités et les services de transport sont à proximité.
Isolation phonique de la séparation avec le voisin côté chambre/salle de bains. Mais bon, c'est juste gênant le wekkend je pense. Le détecteur de fumées qui se met en route quand on fait griller du pain. De petites choses à vrai dire...
