Very clean and comfortable. Close to downtown. A lot of homeless roaming around. Approached at least twice. 2 sets of steep steps. Road noise and street lights. Owner was very nice and accommodating.

Great location. Very comfortable and roomy. Large kitchen made it easy to fix snacks and breakfast. Dave was great in providing information about grocery stores, restaurants, and transportation options.
