We stay here all the time and it is hands down the best accommodations in Quebec City. Clean, modern, specious… every amenity you could possibly need. 5 stars as usual.

There is no reception, only cleaner lady.
But it is easy to contact them via phone number and email from website.
Facilities are clean, new and modern.
Though walk up the hill to go to downtown, there are some groceries and restaurant nearby.
It has an envelop in the room to put tip but no coffee machine.
