Dave est très accueillant, et de très bon conseil pour les visites. Merci pour toutes les informations. L'appartement est spacieux et très confortable. L'équipement est complet. Le logement est très bien situé quartier saint Roch, à proximité immédiate du vieux Québec. Nous y sommes restés 4jours 3 nuits et tout a été parfait pour notre séjour sur Québec

Dave was very responsive with messages and super friendly. The apartment was clean and modern. Great amenities, would recommend! Close to lots of restaurants and parking.
Farther from Old Quebec than I thought but within a half an hour walk. It might be difficult for some to get through and close the double doors right at the bottom of the stairs then carry things up.

Le confort intérieur de l'appartement et la décoration le rend très attirant.
Le bruit :l'insonorisation de l'appartement est très mauvaise : la rue est très bruyante et on entend les voisins du dessus parler ( à 1h00 du matin ce n'est pas idéal pour dormir). Il est difficile de se reposer la nuit sans bouchons d'oreilles !
