Great value, spacious, comfortable, well appointed good location even got a nice roof top area. Honestly at the price it’s an absolute bargain, staff were really responsive as well when I needed to ask questions.

Nothing really, it’s in a vibrant area, well located, some may find it noisy but it’s a city location. I didn’t park on the street, honestly I struggled to find a space to pay to park during the day on the street but had no problem loading and unloading right outside the apartment door and then finding a very affordable secure parking garage within 5 mins walk costing $15 for 24 hours.

We were at Apt 2, very comfortable, clean and spacious unit (one floor up through stairs, for us that was not a problem). Great beds, brand new double sofa bed, powerful shower. We were a family of 3 adults and worked perfectly. It has all the amenities you need. Located in a good peaceful neighborhood, there are restaurants, bars and also a supermarket 2 blocks away on Rue Saint Joseph. It's 25 minutes away on foot from the Parliament, and 30 minutes away from Old Quebec. We parked on the street from 4 pm to 6 am, otherwise we placed the car in an Indigo Parking Lot ($18/full day until 5 pm). Communication with the host was very good. We highly recommend it.

L’entretien de l’appartement pourrait être amélioré. L’endroit semble avoir déjà été occupé par un ou des fumeurs car une légère odeur résiduelle est présente en tout temps. Le rideau de douche est très mince, ce qui fait que, même bien installé, il ne parvient pas à empêcher l’eau de sortir du bain-douche. Une des serviettes prévues pour se sécher a donc dû être utilisée pour éponger l’eau au sol. Par courtoisie, il serait apprécié de retrouver de petits échantillons de produits de bain (savon, shampooing et revitalisant). Enfin, pour l’éclairage, une lumière d’appoint serait très utile, afin d’éviter d’utiliser uniquement les grandes lumières au plafond, surtout en soirée. Ces ajustements rendraient le séjour encore plus agréable.
