Odeur forte de friture (oignon) à notre arrivée jeudi soir. Écoulement d'eau à l'intérieur du frigo. Verrerie très mal lavée. Moisissure sur le joint d'étanchéité du plancher de la douche.

L'appartement est bien équipé, il est spacieux et confortable.
Il y a une boite de nuit et un bar spectacle juste à côté. Ce n'est pas un simple restaurant/spectacle. Le quartier est très calme en dehors des soirs où la boîte de nuit est ouverte jusqu'à 3h du matin. Si vous n'êtes pas noctambule, cet appartement n'est pas pour vous.
