The apartment was spacious, the amenities in the kitchen and bathroom were very nice. We enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine and the little chocolates you left for us. Everything was super clean and in excellent working condition. Quiet at night and super comfortable bed. We really appreciated that you stored our luggage in the morning before check-in. Great location near pizzeria (free dessert because of partnership with the hotel!) and St. Joseph street. Not a super turistic area so we could feel the local vibe. We walked everywhere.

The wifi could be a bit stronger. A fitted sheet would make the bed even more comfortable.

Comfortable and had the main functions that we needed. It was central.

The location was near a shelter with people regularly hanging out right in front of the building we were staying. I wish they'd provided conditioner for the shower.

Finding and getting to our parking space was a bit of a nightmare. The parking garage is located in the building NEXT to the building where the room is located. Unfortunately, it's extremely inconvenient. Location is not close to downtown. It's far to walk and the walk isn't a scenic one. Be prepared to drive or Uber.

Clean and equipped

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The apartment is located directly across from what appears to be a regular gathering spot for homeless individuals, some of whom seemed to be struggling with addiction. As we were traveling with a young child, this made us feel uncomfortable. There was also frequent noise late into the night, which significantly disturbed our sleep. The surrounding neighborhood did not feel particularly clean or well-maintained, and overall it gave a poor first impression. Another drawback is that the building does not have an elevator, making it quite difficult to carry heavy luggage. Finally, the partner parking space was extremely narrow, with very little room to maneuver. Parking required extra caution due to the high risk of scraping or hitting the wall.
