From YQB airport, take Bus 80 to Dorchester (the last stop; 50-minute ride). The apartment is conveniently located 2 blocks from bus stop. Bus 800 from near the property will get you to Montmorency Falls (about 1-hour ride). Eateries are 2 blocks away on Rue St. Joseph. Apartment #305 was comfortable and spacious. Property management responded promptly through booking.com with information provided in advance. No hassles to check-in and check out. Enjoyed our stay!

The bed sagged on the right side; uncomfortable sleeping on that side.

Location was good, apartment was clean and it had all what we needed for our stay. Host was quick to respond to my questions. There is a cafe nearby which is really good.

Host makes you pay a deposit and it is confusing because Booking.com explicitly tells you not to pay anything outside of the website which is counter intuitive. Wifi was a bit slow. Parking at the building next door needs to be booked in advance. Parking is really narrow as they stated.

Clean and equipped

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The apartment is located directly across from what appears to be a regular gathering spot for homeless individuals, some of whom seemed to be struggling with addiction. As we were traveling with a young child, this made us feel uncomfortable. There was also frequent noise late into the night, which significantly disturbed our sleep. The surrounding neighborhood did not feel particularly clean or well-maintained, and overall it gave a poor first impression. Another drawback is that the building does not have an elevator, making it quite difficult to carry heavy luggage. Finally, the partner parking space was extremely narrow, with very little room to maneuver. Parking required extra caution due to the high risk of scraping or hitting the wall.
