77 St-Vallier Apparts Hôtel

An appartment. Plenty of living space.

The bed creaked every time you got up from it. The bed had an uncomfortable mattress. The internet was unstable and kept cutting out. I received a whatsapp message telling to pay a deposit for damages of $500. I thought it was a scam so tried to email them and got no response. When we got there we had to ring them and get the security code after we had paid the security deposit. There were no instructions for the cooker so it took a while to work out how to use it. There was no kettle. I dont think we should empty the rubbish Also got an email asking us to state when we left the place. Fortunately I picked it up but really. The exit time was late morning-why did we have to say if we left earlier?

Great place! Very spacious with a nice bathroom and a really comfortable bed. We loved the location, very convenient for walking around the city. The secure underground parking was a huge plus, but we never took the car out after we arrived, just walked and biked everywhere. Don't be put off by the supervised use clinic across the street; the people outside kept to themselves and never bothered us.

Couch wasn't too comfortable. Outdoor seating area was closed during our stay. Some of the kitchenware was a bit dirty.

Easy check in process - clean and comfy place! Everything was provided - even soap for laundry and dishwasher made it super easy to use and stay there! Whatsapp was easy to communicate with the staff.

Liked everything!

Clean and spacious

It’s located right across from the ONLY safe injection site in Quebec City. The streets are filled with drug addicts during day and night
