The property was super cozy and clean! The room that we had was spacious and there was not a speck of dust. The room comes with a mini fridge and an AC unite and your own personal bathroom. The “common room” has everything you need and the host makes pastries for everyone.
Something to keep in mind when staying is that when someone use the bathroom, you hear the central water pump from the bedroom and you can faintly hear the bathroom’s pump next to us. It did not bother us but it could wake up light sleepers.

Gite du Quartier des Arts is a good location to stay at when visiting Quebec City. It's located within walking distance of the heart of the old city and there is also a convenient bus service. There are also nearby restaurants. The owners are nice and very helpful providing information on the sites to see in the city. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. If returning to Quebec City I would stay at this establishment again. Highly recommend it.
