The apartment is at the limit of two main district: Saint Roch and The Old Québec
You will enjoy the history, the old architecture, and the main touristic sites of the Old Québec. While in the other hand you have access to a large selection of shops, bars, microbreweries and restaurants in a more authentic district named Saint Roch.
The apartment is really close to the main highways, parking on the street is not free and highly regulated.
The easiest is to use the one provided
For other cars there is few parking lots around, the closest one is just behind our building so very close

Excellent communication regarding arrival instructions related to parking, building and room access. Apartment was very impressive. Renovated and clean with plenty of amenities. Washer and dryer were new. Plenty of room for the four of us and our dog. Very little noise from other rooms and the street. Great location in terms of access to Old Quebec by foot. Beds and pullout were comfortable. Like any other big city have to use common sense when walking later in the evening. Highly recommend this property for couples or families.

We visited Quebec City for a long weekend getaway, and this was the perfect location: clean, easy access, and parking available. We would stay here again!

Easy access with your own parking spot. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Very clean apartment that accommodated 6 of us very easily. Host is always available. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to visit Quebec City. This city is beautiful.
