Good location, good room layout, clean property.
Mattress and pillows were not comfortable. Shower supply was bad. AC was noisy.

The apartment is very large, and has everything you will need. The bed is super soft and comfortable as well. The location is nice.
They refuse all requests on bookings and make you request via some site they link you asking for $40 or a $200 deposit. You also have to pay extra money to check in early or to request coffee pods. They also make you upload your photo id and a selfie. The shower has a soap dispenser, with the conditioner dispenser being moldy.

Location, close to Old Quebec but the walk to Old Quebec from the Hotel is very uphill and will be 30 mins away. Difficult walk uphill
No room service and change of bedsheets and towels. Cofee pods supply is also limited and not replaced.
