El apartamento por dentro es bastante moderno y estaba cuidado y limpio.
La entrada en la calle no se ve muy claramente y el acceso con dos puertas bastante incómodo.

La clarté, la grandeur de l’espace, la hauteur des plafonds, bel équipement, bonne insonorisation et un quartier vivant. Stationnement sous-terrain à proximité. De plus, très bien situé par rapport au Vieux-Québec.

La localisation, le parking en sous-sol à côté (peut-être des moins cher dans rues à côté pour longue durée) Le style de l'appartement, la facilité d'accès au loft, les équipements. Pas loin du vieux Québec à pied, toutes commodités aux alentours.
Un détail s'il faut dire quelque chose : l''entrée / sortie de l'immeuble n'est pas pratique (rampe peut être glissante).
