Well-located and well equipped duplex 3-bedroom condo that feels as though it is in a modern converted office building. Responsive and friendly gentleman manning the front desk. Enough decorations and kitchen equipment to make it just about feel like a home.
A slightly earlier normal check-in time (15h00 instead of 16h00) would have made it even better. Separately, I don’t love the floor to ceiling windows in every room, but that is the style of the building, and at least the owner has put in effective privacy blinds as well as blackout blinds.

this is an apartment, but getting breakfast is easy. this apartment provides multiple bedrooms for my family members; great privacy; also the TV has free Netflix movies. I like they have a dedicated parking spot in the same building. In some hotels in the Old Quebec City area, you may need to park your vehicle on the street.
the wifi not working on the second floor; only on the first floor working. also, they should provide more instruction about how to control the thermostat.

exercise equipment was not functioning, no extra bedding, downstairs staff not very helpful, kitchen was minimally equipped.
