Condo 201 - District Branché St-Roch Parking inclus

The property is spacious. Having 2 queen beds in one room and one king bed in another was helpful for our stay (4 adults + toddler). The living room was fab, excellent decor, tasteful furniture, very Instagram worthy! The coffee shops below were highly rated and we literally got breakfast as we stepped down - made the best use of our location. The check in and check out instructions were clear, the host was responsive and we appreciated the curated list of recommendations!

1. There is only 1 common AC and for a huge space it didnt seem enough. We had to put 3 tower fans in 2 bedrooms + living room to make it comfortable for our stay. It was a warm July and we're thankful at least the fans were available. 2. The common washroom was good but the 2nd washroom attached to king-room was smaller than expected but given we were a family, we didnt mind sharing the common washroom for showering. 3. The parking is on the back side of building and pretty tight (for a new driver it could be intimidating), and we had to carry our luggages through a maze of stairs to reach our apartment - this was not comfortable at all, esp for my 60YO+ parents

A bright spacious apartment, with every comfort. The location was great, with many cafes and restaurants nearby, and a supermarket across this road. Instructions for entry were easy to follow, and the parking space very handy.

Great size - located outside the high frequent tourist areas, but lively

Apartment needs a general cleaning- many of the dishes used were not clean - kitchen cabinet doors are sticky - a lot of dust in various locations
