I had 2 complaints but as we were leaving, management approached us to ask about our stay and if we thought of anything that needed improvement. She addressed both of my concerns. One she had noticed herself, the other she promised to fix. Neither was a reason for us not to stay here again, so I won’t mention them in my review. But her approaching us definitely left a positive impression.

Kitchenette was well stocked with dishes and small appliances. Location is very close to grocery for pantry items. Convenient walk to most of Old Quebec City. Clean and quiet rooms. Staff was extremely helpful and professional. I would absolutely stay again.

Location, location!! Everything in walking distance. You have to pay for parking just outside old Quebec.
The room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Had a mini fridge, hot plate and toaster.

Absolutely awesome, Simon and Sebastian were extremely helpful and convivial. They made our stay most welcoming. The best location right beside the Fairmont and across the street form a great restaurant called the Continental with very fine delivery and old work showmanship with a good menu. Steps from everything at a reasonable price. Previously the British Embassy, very modern and old at the same time.
