Lovely flat in a nice central location. Easy walking distance to all the shops, bars and restaurants of which Kendal has many. The flat was spotless and very well equipped. Owner was very helpful and responsive.
Nothing to dislike. Parking was tricky. We parked in the Riverside hotel car park but were told by reception that the hotel was full and parking was for guests only tonight so had to move the car. Fortunately we found a space outside with no apparent restrictions so saved ourselves £10.

We had a lovely stay. Everything from arrival to departure was brilliant, amazing facilities, very clean and so much space for two people.
Only negatives we wasn't sure if we where staying in 1 or 2 also the fan for the bathroom takes about 30 minutes to go off after the light is switched off.

Very well placed in-between train station and bus station 5 mins walking into Kendal town centre with lots of pubs and restaurants tea and coffee provided but you will have to get milk there is a store underneath the flat
Place is okay for couples
TV had Amazon but not terrestrial channels
Very clean apartment
On a very busy road if you are a lite sleeper you may need something to cut out noise there is no washing machine so if you get clothes muddy while out walking in the hills as we did it can be a problem if you have no spare clothing
Main gate getting into the back of the property doesn't close properly you have to mind your fingers!
Could not see any free parking near property
