Owners were very nice and accommodating. Cottage was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Our two dogs were very happy there as well. Good base for exploring the Lake District. Nice touch with the bottle of procecco too, thanks!

Was a very quiet, place too retreat too, after a day around the very busy lakes, lovely views and nice people around the village, also a 2 min walk too the pub, always a bonus

Cozy cottage, ideally placed to explore all the local attractions. We were warmly greeted by our hosts, Paul & Linda, who made our visit very enjoyable.

We had such a great stay, we couldn’t fault anything. Situated in a very quiet location, perfect for exploring the Lake District which is exactly what we wanted and achieved. The cottage was very comfortable, which helped us relax after a long day out and the bed was so comfy we managed to get a good nights sleep 👍 The cottage was very clean and well equipped. Loved the bottle of Prosecco that was such a lovely touch …. A wonderful week in a fabulous cottage ……⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
