Great location, close to downtown. Good breakfast. No need to use the car.

They didn't clean our room (we've stayed for two nights).

Great place. Highly recommended. Short walk to train station and bus hub.

Location and staff. Service was excellent. They printed out a train ticket to Paris for me,that had arrived by email during my stay. Gave directions to places, gave me ice, when I requested it. Helped me with WiFi. Had maid service every other day, as I requested , rather than every day service.

Room furnishings were sparse with regard to a closet and a dresser. No ice machine.

Budget stay in Avignon

Close to the station and the centre of town. Price suited budget and the breakfast choices were varied. Team were friendly and having a check out time of midday meant we could have a relaxed start to our day.

There was not enough room for 2 people’s luggage in the double room that we were provided with. Additionally, our reservation was for 2 people in a triple room (which would have given us the additional space for our luggage however we were allocated a standard double). Fortunately we do sleep in the same bed!!!

I would book again!!

Breakfast included Nutella, jams, butter, and cheese. Lots of coffee, juice, milk and water. There were lots of types of bread. There were also apples and cereal. Simple but delicious breakfast. The staff was so kind and amazing. Always smiling. I loved that it was so close to the centre downtown inside the walls. It would've been to noisy living inside, so this was a perfect way to step out.

Location is great, just next to the wall that surrounds the city centre. Room was upgraded.

There were construction happening next to the hotel, but the staff made sure we get a room without disturbance.

Best value for money

Very good location , close to the old city wall and just few minutes walking distance from the historical city centre. Friendly staff, decent breakfast with fruit and pastry , the room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had soap dispensers and a hair dryer. One evening we decided not to go out and we ordered their pizza, it was good and not expensive.

There was no storage space in the room, only a few hangers hangin on next to bed, insufficient for 3 persons. I know , it is a small room and it's a budget hotel, but at least they could provide more hangers.
