The owners and the staff were very friendly, kind, and very welcoming. The facilities were excellent and location was close to walking to everything in Avignon. Parking was easy and also easy to get in and out of the city.

Location was good, close to the train station and a short walk from the centre of town.
Room was clean and the staff very helpful. We stayed 4 nights and got our towels changed and bed made up twice.
Breakfast was good, I really liked the egg boiling machine with timers!
Our room was tiny and very old fashioned. The bed was low down and hard. There was no room for luggage etc. for a 4 night stay it was only ok because we were out most of the time.
The bathroom was dated and shower cubicle tiny - I couldn't bend down to pick up the lid of my shower gel because it was so small! Really needs updating to justify the price.
We had a proper metal key for the door which had to be handed in every time we left the hotel - so outdated, felt like a 1970s boarding house.
The air conditioning was ridiculously loud so we couldn't keep it on, but when we opened the window we got bitten all over by mosquitos.
