Excellent service, location, and facilities.

The owners and the staff were very friendly, kind, and very welcoming. The facilities were excellent and location was close to walking to everything in Avignon. Parking was easy and also easy to get in and out of the city.

Ok for one night or a base for exploring

Location was good, close to the train station and a short walk from the centre of town. Room was clean and the staff very helpful. We stayed 4 nights and got our towels changed and bed made up twice. Breakfast was good, I really liked the egg boiling machine with timers!

Our room was tiny and very old fashioned. The bed was low down and hard. There was no room for luggage etc. for a 4 night stay it was only ok because we were out most of the time. The bathroom was dated and shower cubicle tiny - I couldn't bend down to pick up the lid of my shower gel because it was so small! Really needs updating to justify the price. We had a proper metal key for the door which had to be handed in every time we left the hotel - so outdated, felt like a 1970s boarding house. The air conditioning was ridiculously loud so we couldn't keep it on, but when we opened the window we got bitten all over by mosquitos.

Location, very good breakfast, convinient parking at the hotel and friendly staff.

Air con was not working properly. It was too hot in the bedroom. The decor is a little bit tired.

Great location for city and secure parking

5 min walk to centre of Avignon secure parking we are travelling on a motorbike

No fridge or blackout curtains but realised there was a switch for black out blind when concierge told us next morning - Doah 🤣

The room was really good and quiet.The hotel has an excellent team of staff members,so refreshing!Absolutely spotless and in a very good location for train tram and local electric mini buses.An easy walk to the Palace of the Popes,good quality shopping and excellent eateries .

Excellent in all respect!

The location was just perfect, not too close to the main noisy street , but just five minutes walk. The room was comfortable, not too small with a big bathroom. The staff was very helpful at the moment when I found out that our train was cancelled: they gave right advice, helped to find another accommodation as this hotel was fully booked. The breakfast was very good with big choice, and high quality of the food.

Friendly staff, always happy to assist Within an easy walk of the station, cafes and tourist info where most tours leave from.

Hotel is off the main street and there are 2 pubs to walk past on your way in to town. Not a drunken crowd though when we went past.

Everything was perfect! The reception the best kind! It is in the city center! The comfort and the little balcony i loved! Parking also possible in a closed place! Thank you so much! Next time again there!

Quiet comfort in good location

Good regularly cleaned and veey quiet room with plenty of space, good bathroom. Very helpful and friendly staff. Gluten free rolls provided at breakfast. I enjoyed the coffee and reading room.

I think the carpet in the downstairs corridor may need a deep clean or replacement as there was some difficulty in keeping the area smelling fresh.

Great hotel with on site parking, good location and great staff

This hotel ticks all the boxes for a place to stay as it has all the facilities and more for a 3 star hotel; parking on site, sitting area with coffee tea etc, ice, use of a fridge for your own supplies,outside terrace area. The staff here are really friendly and helpful too

The staff was wonderful, helpful and location was great walking distance everywhere. The breakfast had fresh rolls every morning and all was just great for my first trip to Avignon.

Disappointing

The position of the hotel was convenient for the centre and we were lucky to be able to park outside when there was no hotel parking available when we arrived.

The presentation of the hotel was basic in every aspect that we saw. Our room was very basic and tired and when we asked reception if they had different standards of rooms we were told that we had stayed in one of their larger rooms!!

Great Hotel

The hotel is located on a lovely tree lined street within the city walls. It is a short walk to the Palais des Papes. The breakfast was very good. There is a lovely terrasse on the first floor. The room was spacious with a good bathroom. There is parking, subject to availability, in a secure garage for €10 a day.
