Inside your home away from home, discover updated living quarters and charming finishes. Sit back and enjoy watching your favorite TV shows and movies on the large TV in the living room. Or, don your chef's hat and utilize the well-equipped kitchen's stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. The separate guest house also comes equipped with a kitchenette, ensuring there's enough room for everyone to prepare and store their meals.
The main home's bedrooms are equally spacious and bright, and when additional sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the studio bedroom in the guest house. Additional interior perks include a sunroom, a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and an EV charger.
Outside, enjoy the pleasant Florida breeze from the home's string-light-surrounded patio, sunbathing area, or in front of the grill.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved our stay at the Lakehouse! House is beautiful and clean. Felt like home. The sunrise on the lake is gorgeous. The kids found the stash of nerf guns and preceded to wage war lol!
Good time had by all. Will definitely be back

The house was quaint and old school Florida the way I like it. I look for these off the beaten path places to get away when I get a chance to work away but "from home" as I did. The house interior nice, the view nice, the outside building okay and I would not mind that but ... The issue is VACASA and their inflated fees that cover what? This is the second VACASA house I had rented from. Overpriced, add on fees that cover what? Its bet to be straight forward and throw those fees into the total rental on the price. Companies like VACASA are what ruin the simplicity of renting outside a resort and hotel except you have the fees. NOPE never again! House was nice inside, the outside grounds was meh ... and dried up dog turds outside my vehicle when I parked in the metal carport were what started my first impression. So, what are those corporate minded fees for? Just stop it already.
