About this house rental
The "Blue Canoe Lakehouse" has been freshly remodeled with the most thoughtful and tasteful touches. After enjoying the beach, covered dock, restaurants accessible by water, boat rentals and everything Lake Weir has to offer, enjoy the comforts of this beautiful home. With room to sleep 8, this home offers luxurious comforts to rest and recharge from a long day on the water.
The space
As you enter the home you find the kitchen, breakfast nook, and sitting area with a comfortable couch, that sleeps 2 as a trundle bed.
Moving into the dining room, you see the living room and separate sitting room with lake views. The sitting area provided a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2.
Down the hall you find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The laundry room is in the separate building by the commercial ice maker, attached via a covered porch.
Lakeside, enjoy a large deck off the house with ample sitting room accompanied by 2 covered lounging areas on the dock.
Bring your boat! There are 2 boat ramps on Lake Weir and 2 restaurants both navigable by boat and anchor out right front by the beach. Want to stay in? Publix is 15 minutes away or order Kroger delivery is available as well.
There are boat and jet ski rentals available through Eaton's Beach.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the house including the smart tv, laundry room, bath towels, beach towels and linens, 2 car carport, beach, beach adirondacks, and full patio.
Not accessible is the supply closet in the hall bathroom and 1 of the 2 closets in the bedroom to the right.
Other things to note
No parties allowed but small gatherings/family get togethers welcome!
House Rules:
- NO SMOKING on ANY part of the property (Indoor or Outdoor)
- NO Parking on grass
- NO moving of any furniture (indoor or outdoor)
- Plumbing is on a septic system. To avoid unnecessary backups, please be gentle with the amount of paper being flushed.
- Keep screen door closed at all times (Do NOT prop open)
- Use hose to wash sand off feet before coming into home
- Keep enjoyment to our property. Do not overflow onto neighbor's beach or near their boat dock.
- NO Food/trash to be left outside or on porch
- All trash to be secured in garbage cans and taken to the street for collection on Wednesdays
- Quiet Hours - 10:00PM-8:00AM
- NO Parties or events
- NO Pets
- NO Early check ins
- NO Late check outs
