About this house rental
This newly remodeled house in modern casual lake chic style, has it all. 100 feet of sandy beachfront then leads up to your large fenced backyard and house, then out to a very large fully fenced front yard. Room for anything and everything. Bring your fishing boat and the jetski, so you can visit any of the three waterfront restaurants, on weekends they also have live music. But you never have to leave the dock to catch some of the largest bass around, just drop your line. Inside you have two bedrooms, with enough total sleeping for 10. Once you are done for the day on the lake, you can entertain yourselves in the game room with ping pong, air hockey and video games, or snuggle in the cozy living room with fresh popcorn and a 70 inch smart TV. The early morning risers can have coffee in the modern kitchen or screened in porch watching the spectacular sunrises and sneak in a kayak or paddleboard run (2 each for your use) before the rest of the world knows what happened. When the breeze picks up, take one of the included small sailboats out for a cruise or race in the weekend club races. A host of other outdoor games (badminton, connect four, corn hole) also included. If you time your trip right, you will see Cape Canaveral launches right across the lake, very memorable.
Bring your street legal golf cart for a 3 mile backroad ride to the Villages and you are off for all the usual adventures within. When u come home, into the carport you go.
Of course there is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, range top, oven, microwave, 2 smart TVs, coffee maker, old time popcorn machine.

3 miles from Mulberry Grove shopping Center at the North end of the Villages. 1 mile from Carney Park with more beaches, miles of trails, and multilane boat ramp. Ocala and The World Equestrian Center are about a 30 minute drive away.
