Escape the hectic world to Peyton's Patio Homes on beautiful Lake Weir. Whether your visit is for work or play, Peyton’s Patio Homes is the perfect place for your next getaway. We are located 10 minutes from The Villages, approx. 1 hour south of Gainesville and 1 hour north of Orlando attractions.
Our lake front cottage is located on beautiful Lake Weir. We have a boat slip as well as a dock that are available for launching your watercraft, fishing or viewing the breath taking sunsets. Carney Island offers public boat launch and is only a short distance away. Eaton's Beach and Gator Joes Restaurant's are accessible by boat or land.

Our cottage offers 3 fully furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with appliances along with a large indoor and outdoor living spaces. The indoor living space is furnished with a large comfy couch while the outdoor living space offers a table for dining along with a screened pool, fire pit and an open air lounge area on the dock. Full on-site laundry with detergents is available for our guests stay.
We allow small group family and friends gatherings however we can not allow large events in our neighborhood. Please contact us prior to booking your stay to discuss your small gathering particulars.

The house has a spacious feel, is beautifully decorated, very clean, and they have thought of everything you need for a great stay! They even have directions of how to use the lights,tv, etc. The book with a list of places to eat was also very helpful!The weather was turning on the cold side at night and the owner quickly responded to our request to check the pool heater to ensure it warmed up!My husband noted the great smelling towels which was a nice touch!We fished from the dock and my husband caught several nice bass! The rest of us struggled with getting caught in the grass and lilly pads, which maybe that vegetation dies back in the fall. While on the dock we also enjoyed the beautiful lake views, various birds, and even a turtle. We would highly recommend vacationing at this home!

We had such a relaxing time at the lake house. The fishing from the dock was good! The house is so nice! Hosts were quick to respond to questions. Great proximity to coffee shop and other fun things. We will return and recommend this amazing place! Thank you!

We enjoyed being inside the house which was roomy and comfortable. The outside areas, porch, pool and covered dock were so nice for enjoying the beautiful views of the lake. Very nice and relaxing!! Great time!!

The house and the lake were absolutely perfect. Our family had a wonderful time spending the Fourth of July on Lake Weir. The host was very easy to get a hold of and helpful on the few things that we asked about. The house is very close to amenities such as Walmart, Aldi and other shopping. The house had everything we needed. All we had to do was take in our clothes and food. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the dock. I don’t think we could’ve asked her anything more. My husband said the only thing that would have made it more perfect was if there was a recliner in one of the living areas.
