Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.
Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.
Pet Policy
A maximum of 3 dogs are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver

Great place, clean and well furnished. Our host was very responsive with communications. The area is handy with Walmart and other stores and restaurants right near by.

The area is not in the best part of town. Each time we went out the AC would get raised by them and we would return to a very hot house and no fans available to allow air circulation. They offered additional amenities like bicycle but none were there. The beds in two of the three room were extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen drawers were so messy that we went out and bought disposable kitchenware.
