A covered seating area with a large TV is also available outside, so you can still enjoy the breeze while catching up on your favorite show.

Inside, the spacious living room features another large Smart TV and an oversized sofa. Steps from here, the full kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and many nifty kitchen gadgets. After dinner, use the expansive dining table for board game competitions, or hop on the exercise bike.

The home's four bedrooms offer ample storage space, soft linens, and central air. Off the primary bedroom, appreciate having access to a spa-like en suite bathroom, complete with dual vanities and a soaking tub. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the home's marvelous perks.

Away from your stay, Orange Blossom Hills Golf & Country Club, Carney Island Park, Lake Lillian, and the Wilkerson Creek Park & Children's Playground are all less than 10 miles away.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
