About this house rental
Beautiful view of the golf course from both lanais! This home has 3BR and 2BA, in The Village of Santiago . Enjoy many activities The Villages has to offer: golf, pickleball, swimming in the various pools, or simply enjoying a stroll through the neighborhood. Cruise to the town squares in the golf cart, eat at various restaurants, visit many country clubs, go shopping, or just listen to the fabulous nightly live music in the squares - every night!

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.
THIS IS A PET FREE PROPERTY!
Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)
Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date
Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickle ball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; And Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping on the premises. Violation will result in a $1,000 charge per incidence of smoking or vaping in/on the property, and your stay will be terminated.
Pets: We do not allow pets at this property.
Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.
No Golf Cart Provided.

This is an extremely well cared for Home. That is perfect for larger groups. The location is easy. The furnishings are quality. The only issue I had was figuring out the thermostat, but in the whole scheme of things, it was a great find!

Loved our stay! The view from the back was so comfortable each day as well as enjoyable. The space was clean and well stocked. It is such a great location. We look forward to future visits.
