Prezzo conveniente, privacy, stanza spaziosa con bagno privato e terrazzino. Facilmente raggiungibile in auto senza rischiare di imbattersi nelle zone a traffico limitato. Molto vicina alla fermata degli autobus.
La pulizia della stanza lasciava un po' a desiderare, non parlo dei santari o del pavimento ( quelli erano puliti), ma dei muri sporchi da zanzare uccise in precedenza e rimaste li appiccicate, o degli interruttori della luce anch'essi sporchi, o anche la parte di mattonelle comprese tra il lavandino del bagno e lo specchio non erano state trattate. Inoltre il condizionatore ha dato qualche problema, a un certo punto ha iniziato a sputare piccoli pezzi di ghiaccio e polvere. E una delle due porte a vetri della doccia era rotta, bisognava fare attenzione a non ritrovarsela addosso nel farla scorrere.
