Great place with a great host to stay.

The poperty well maintained and spotless. The host was really helpful and friendly. The room size is good, bed was comfy and wifi was fast with easy connection.

As expected, but parking tip to keep in mind

Overall, it was a good stay. The place matched the photos and description, and the host was very friendly and welcoming.

There was no private parking, but free street parking was available. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience as someone broke our car window. It’s a good idea to avoid leaving anything visible inside the car when parking there.

The host was very helpful. The blinds were excellent at blocking out light if you want to get back to sleeping in a different time zone. One pizza place in walking distance.

Probably the nicest place in Florence

I stayed in Sweet Home Desiree for a weekend. Host was literally one of the nicest people I've ever met - he even made us sandwiches when he heard we're in a hurry and don't have time for a proper breakfast. Rooms are very clean and comfy, equipped with AC and blinders. Location is quite comfortable as well - tram to the centre is 10-15 min walk away. There are a lot of free parking spaces nearby. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Exceptional host and a nice apartment!

- Exceptionally friendly and helpful host. Seems like a genuine and pure-hearted person! - We had a fridge in our room - Modern, clean and tidy room - Bus station to reach the tram is close and it's around 1,7€ per person per ticket to use both for 90 minutes!

- Traffic noise and the neighbors can be heard quite easily. - My mattress seemed a bit saggy and I experienced back-pain in the mornings. This is purely subjective and can be attributed to a lot of other factors!

It felt high-end, contained everything we needed and was very tidy. Very importantly, the owner was incredibly kind and hospitable!

The location was pretty far from the city center, but this was also fairly reflected in the price.

Really nice owner and comfortable room! Clean and big enough. The terrace is great for enjoying the night. I just regretted for not booking for more days. Looking forward to come back again!!

Would definitely stay again to relax and chill now that I have explored the city thoroughly.

The room surpassed our expectations and the host was friendly too although he doesn't know English. It was super clean and well-maintained.

The location is poor as it is 1 hour away from the city center and we had to take a bus and a tram to reach there. Apart from the location, I have no other complaints.

Aunque esta alejado del centro tiene una parada de bus muy cerca que conecta muy bien con el centro de Florencia. Muy amable la persona que nos recibió y nos dió varias recomendaciones. Tienes a disposición café y botellas de agua.

Carino per una notte

Posizione comoda, stanza carina. Purtroppo il bagno in comune è una grande scocciatura e il prezzo senza servizio privato forse è un po' elevato. Per una notte può andare ma non sarei rimasta di più.

I vicini di bnb non erano le persone più pulite della storia e avendo il bagno condiviso con loro non mi sono sentita propriamente a mio agio. L'host della struttura mi ha svegliata prima dell'ora concordata ma mi ha chiesto scusa più volte ed è stato molto gentile.

Comodi a Firenze

Struttura pulita e molto comoda a Firenze. L’host gentilissimo nel farci fare il check-in on line, visto che il nostro arrivo era tardi. Abbiamo gradito le bottigliette d’acqua messe a disposizione. La camera era abbastanza grande e il bagno in comune comodo. Nessun problema a parcheggiare vicino alla struttura.

Wenn hygiene nicht wichtig ist.ok

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strassenrand das heisst sehr laut da die Fenster nicht dicht sind. Die erste Nacht funktionierte die Heizung nicht. Dann haben wir Decken erhalten (einfach aus der Schublade oder Überzug) was überhaupt nicht hygienisch war. Personal gab es nicht nur beim check in war der Besitzer da um den Schlüssel abzugeben.

Struttura comoda alle porte di Firenze

Struttura pulita, sono a disposizione acqua e macchinetta del caffe automatica nei luoghi comuni. La stanza è pulita, la doccia è comoda. L'accoglienza è gentile. Il parcheggio fuori si riesce a trovare. Il tram di collegamento si riesce a raggiungere sia a piedi che con la macchina.

La zona la sera è un po' isolata però il contesto è tranquillo.

extrem unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer. Komplett anderes Zimmer als auf den Bildern dargestellt erhalten. Die Matratze vom Bett war kaputt und hatte eine tiefe Delle. Im Bad auf dem Boden waren Haare Ich dachte die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Vekehrsmitteln in die Stadt wäre besser…
