There was free coffee and free water, and essential items like a clothing iron were provided as well. There were towels provided as well. The host was extremely helpful and made our stay there very comfortable. We came in very late and the host accommodated for that as well.
There was only one toilet. Which was already explained in the website before I even purchased anything. But it does become a little bit tricky when people are trying to leave at the same time and taking showers as well. Other than that the toilet was very clean.

Personnel top. L’hôte nous accueille et nous met à disposition tous les bons plans pour passer un bon moment à Florence. Top.
L’emplacement est top si vous avez une voiture en tout cas. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisés mais sans surprise je l’avais lu dans les commentaires.

Nada. Realmente foi daquelas para esquecer. Estacionamento e localização são as únicas coisas que foram boas.
De tudo. Meia hora depois de estar na porta consegui os cod de acesso para entrar. Uma confusão sem fim. A cama estava quebrada. O quarto com um cheiro horrível de fumo. Enfim foi daquelas estadia para esquecer.
