It was private and secluded, even though the main house and other cottage were nearby.
Very close to the coast, with easy access to Comer, Sherringham and Holt. The owner keeps the gardens immaculate!
The stairs to the mezzanine felt a bit open but that’s my problem not the cottage.

The location was excellent, the grounds were beautiful
The cobwebs, dead wasps and alive ones, needed a good clean, although they charge 25 pounds for cleaning,

Beautiful surrounding gardens, lots of areas to sit and soak up the sun. We even enjoyed a game of croquet out on the lawn! Lovely countryside walks nearby so good for dog walking. Hosts were nearby and very helpful with any needs or extras or questions. Parking was ample.
