The location is incredible. Perfect for walking around, reaching the hike trails, close to several restaurants, there's a small market too. The staff was lovely and very kind.

We had water issues the first 24h we were there which wasn't very pleasant. If you're renting a car, check with your agency if you can reach the location by car as you may need to park about 1km away from the hotel and walk as it's on unpaved road and some agencies fine you for driving there.

Malheureusement à chaque fois qu’on revenait de randonnée et qu’on voulait prendre une douche il n’y avait pas d’eau courante dans la salle de bain .. il y’avait un petit filet d’eau, et on utilise des bouteilles vide pour pouvoir se rincer, ça doit être un problème générale sur theth mais c’était difficile pour nous .. le matin il n’y a pas de soucis, mais le soir on peut pas se laver .. or c’est compliqué quand on revient de randonnée de se laver que le matin. Il y avait aussi des nuisances sonore, notre chambre avait une très belle vue mais elle était aussi à côté d’une maison où guest house, et des albanais ont fait la fête jusqu’à 2h-3h du matin avec la musique très forte et les fenêtres fermé et ni les boules quies permettait une bonne isolation .. nous entendions les gens parler et rigoler très fort, Malgres tout je ne regrette pas la vue était tellement jolie que ça vaut le détour !

Incredible views, nice big rooms, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very generous - we couldn't eat it all.

No aircon even though the listing said there was, which was disappointing as this is one of the main reasons we chose this guesthouse. No TVs or fridges in rooms so we couldn't keep drinks cold. The electricity was very sketchy - kept going off for long periods through the day and night. The service was ok, not fantastic, but by the end of the four days we started to find their quirkiness endearing. It appears to be a fairly new guest house - the top floor is still under construction - and I don't think the hosts live there. They seemed to be almost camping in the ground floor rooms so the guesthouse doesn't feel very homely. Their living area was filthy - we went in there to let them know we had arrived on the first day and there was no furniture in their living room, piles of dirty dishes and empty coke bottles on the floor. The guest rooms were very clean though :-)

The location of this property is great, and the nature around is amazing—which is important because this village is an absolute MUST visit of the Balkans.

However, it was a chaotic experience. The property is run by a guy who is probably a nice person, but has no idea how to work in hospitality services, and the management is very poor. The village has an electricity shortage, and while I understand not using generators, solar panels would help a lot. On top of that, there were water cuts; at one point, the water just stopped while I was taking a shower covered in shower gel, and another guest came to reception in a towel asking "wtf" for the same reason. This could easily be fixed with pumps or emergency buckets. The shower room design is crazy—the toilet is actually installed inside the shower cabin! Our bedsheets were wet when we arrived, and there is no fridge or cups in the room. Breakfast is served by young boys who have no clue what they are doing, bringing water bottles without glasses, making you wait 10 minutes, and arguing with each other. Communication before arriving was another disaster since nobody responded to my messages about directions, and the internet might not work in the whole area. I would say choose this hotel only if there is nothing else affordable.
