It was a gorgeous setting. It was very peaceful and we slept well due to the quietness. The hosts were so kind and helpful. They really made us feel welcome.

The hot tub experience was disappointing. The water never got hot. The sauna was very nice. Spectacular outdoor setting.

The full Tuscan experience

I found Montebello degli Olivi to be the ideal venue for what I wanted. On the outskirts of Chiusi, it was wonderfully quiet and I loved sitting in the hot tub with a glass of the homemade wine, looking over the Tuscan hills as the Sun was setting. The room had everything I needed and more: A well equipped kitchen, ensuite bathroom, a bed that I could fit in properly (I'm nearly 2m tall) and hospitality like no other. Silvia & Gigi were fantastic hosts: introducing me to their own homemade wine and olive oil. I would definitely recommend the evening meal with them, my glass as never empty and the food was incredible. They were always on-hand to give advice and recommendations on where to visit and eat. We also enjoyed some day trips from this venue to Montepulciano and the drive back to Rome airport was super simple. I highly recommend.

You will not want to leave.

This holiday was absolutely amazing! The location was incredibly well-kept, and the hosts, Silvia and Gigi, were absolutely brilliant. They made our stay so much more enjoyable, and it truly felt like they were genuinely excited to meet us. I highly recommend staying here, especially to experience Silvia’s exceptional cooking and the exquisite wine and olive oil that Gigi produces. It was an unforgettable experience! The location is great as we were able to get to Lake Trasimeno easily for a bike ride and also to go running by Lake Chiusi. We are already planning our next trip to Montebello and this time we will stay longer!

Paradise in Chiusi

We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were so kind and welcoming — they even did our laundry for free when we really needed it. The room was big, clean, and super comfortable, and we loved having breakfast outside in the sunshine. Gigi even helped me learn a bit of Italian, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch! Great location near Chiusi. Would definitely come back!

Montebello degli Olivi is a slice of Italian paradise, and we were so grateful for our lovely stay here!

Silvia and Gigi provided a real taste of Italian hospitality, with a beautiful property, welcoming atmosphere, amazing food and wine and the added bonus of an amazing spa and sauna. They are both lovely, polite and make you feel right at home in this beautiful piece of Tuscan heaven.

It would be best to have a car for this property, although they were very accommodating of our train travel - always offering to pick us up from the station.

The best stay in Tuscany

Had an awesome stay!! Gigi and Silvia were so friendly and helpful. I was greeted as if I was a family friend. The room was very nice and clean. The hot tub was so relaxing and nice view also. I choose the evening dinner…. It was a feast and Silvia’s cooking was soooooo good. Liked the homemade wine also. Rounding off the evening with a sauna session.The best stay I had in Italy. Wonderful home away from home!

An amazing experience at a cozy farmhouse

Silvia and Gigi were wonderful hosts who made us feel home and welcomed. We had the best Christmas dinner and the homemade lasagne and tiramisu were just dreamy. We were really grateful for their hospitality and kindness. There is a huge garden full of olive trees and a nice area where we had breakfast enjoying the view and tranquil environment. The room in the smaller house was very cozy with nice wooden structure. The house was far from the roads so it was amazing to be away from noise. Hope to see you again, grazie mille :)

The only thing is that the curtains do not fully cover the window leaving small gap on the side so if you are sensitive to light it can disturb your sleep but this was only a minor problem.

Amazing as if you’re part of the family

Gigi and Sylvia are amazing hosts that make you feel like you’re part of the family more than any other place. We loved the jacuzzi which we gladly paid extra for, alongside the Prosecco and the most amazing meal. It was a true feast and probably one of the best in our lives. We will be back for sure ! See you again

Best Agriturismo, Most delicious dinner, Home away from Home

I loved, loved, loved staying in Montebello degli Olivi. Silvia and Gigi were the kindest and warmest hosts I've ever met. They were very attentive to our needs of dinner, bath, internet, morning coffee, etc. The place is quite hidden in the hills/mountains, and it really made me feel like I am in vacation/healing mode. My husband and I rented the entire vacation home (downstairs) and the place was clean and had a very interesting story. But frankly, the BEST part was the dinner made by Silvia. Once you eat her dinner, you cannot return to "regular restaurant food." She makes the most wonderful and delicious homemade Italian dishes, and you MUST try her food. Also, Gigi was very kind in setting up the bathtub when the sun was setting. The view is stunning. My husband and I sincerely want to thank them for their hospitality and really enjoyed our time there. ~Agnese (who usually doesn't write reviews but couldn't resist writing a review for this place)

Relaxing and rejuvenating stay in beautiful countryside.

The location is amazing. Easy to get to Tuscany and Umbria towns. The owners Gigi and Silvia and their son Patrick greeted us. They gave great advice on what to see and do. Gigi set up the wood fired sauna which was a perfect way to detox and relax. Silvia made a a delicious cake too!

Tutto perfetto

Sono ancora sotto l'incanto di questo posto meraviglioso! Il weekend scorso, il mio fidanzato e io abbiamo scelto di celebrare il nostro anniversario in questa struttura eccezionale e non potremmo essere più felici della nostra scelta. Il casale è un'oasi di pace e tranquillità, immerso nella natura. Noi siamo stati nella suite elegante e confortevole. L'atmosfera è romantica e intima, perfetta per un weekend in coppia. Il giardino è un paradiso e i proprietari sono stati super accoglienti. Se cercate un posto romantico e rilassante per celebrare un'occasione speciale, non esitate! Questa struttura è il posto giusto. Voto 10/10 Grazie mille per questo weekend!

Viziati e coccolati

Abbiamo soggiornato questo weekend da silvia e Gigi. Che dire... Difficile trovare un'accoglienza come quella che abbiamo ricevuto noi. Due persone di una gentilezza ormai introvabile! Abbracci calorosi nonostante non ci fossimo mai visti, un'accoglienza simili a quando vai a trovare i nonni in campagna! Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento più piccolo, ricavato da un vecchio fienile, arredato con romantico gusto, una pulizia ineccepibile e dotato di qualsiasi cosa! Biancheria, cucina completa, frigo pieno di qualsiasi cosa può servire, dall'acqua fino alle uova per la colazione salata, vino, birra, dolcetti, tè, tisante, confetture, burro e tanto altro. Abbiamo usufruito della vasca idromassaggio con veduta sulla campagna toscana, è stato piacevolissimo, Gigi ci ha portato un aperitivo con del vino di sua produzione. C'era la possibilità di usufruire anche della sauna ma a me personalmente non piace stare troppo al caldo. Chicca finale la cena preparata da silvia e servita in una saletta intima e privata con antipasto misto toscano con prodotti genuini e ricercati, una buonissima e calda ribollita toscana, spezzatino di cinghiale a detta di mio marito morbidissimo e per me che sono vegetariana una buona frittata di verdure, tiramisù eccezionale cantucci e vin santo. Abbiamo dormito comodamente e serenamente e che altro dire... Non vediamo l'ora di tornare perché ci siamo sentiti di famiglia e non ospiti infatti come scritto nel titolo siamo stati coccolati e viziati e ci siamo rilassati come non mai

L'accoglienza dei proprietari è stata fantastica, il posto meraviglioso ed in una posizione perfetta per visitare la Val D'Orcia. Noi abbiamo preso la suite ed è molto bella e spaziosa. Ci torneremo sicuramente 🥰🥰

Casa simples , mas bem limpa! Tudo funcionando

Café da manhã, onde só tem opções que está no quarto, sendo informado que café da manhã italiano é café e croissant( mas nem isso teve), só tinha umas torradas, manteiga, leite e café para fazer ( o que tive que aprender na hora , pq não sabia mexer na cafeteira). Jacuzzi não está informando no anúncio que tem que pagar , assim como Sauna, então, paguei preço de um hotel com um café mais o menos pela Jacuzzi, chegando lá tinha que pagar 40 € dia para usar, gostaria de ter tido a experiência maravilhosa que diz os outros hóspedes, mas não achei nada demais em nenhum sentido. O wifi no quarto não funcionava, tinha que ficar andando pela residência. O proprietário só fala italiano. Ah, ainda tem uma luz de saída de emergência que reflete no espelho e fica na sua cara na cama a noite toda .

Bellissimo

Un'oasi lontano dal rumore e dalla frenesia immerso nel verde e allo stesso tempo a cinque minuti dal bellissimo centro di Chiusi. Il signor Gigi e la signora Silvia sono due ottimi padroni di casa, e con grande cura gestiscono al meglio la struttura (abbiamo addirittura trovato una raccolta di informazioni e consigli all'interno della casa che ci è stata molto utile per orientarci). Speriamo di riuscire a tornarci in futuro.

Una vacanza rilassante

Vacanza perfetta, immersi nel verde della Toscana. Il posto perfetto dove rilassarsi e staccare la spina dalla vita quotidiana. Gigi e Silvia due persone stupende e super disponibili, siamo stati accolti subito con un sorriso enorme e trattati benissimo. Camere grandi e con tutto il necessario per passare un soggiorno confortevole. Dovremmo tornarci per provare la Jacuzzi sotto le stelle, che purtroppo avendo visitato tantissimi luoghi la stanchezza non ci ha permesso di farla. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo anche avuto l'occasione di fare amicizia con due ragazzi e passare una serata tranquilla tra bottiglie di vino e chiacchiere. Che altro dire, un posto da non perdere!! Pochi giorni ma bellissimi

Pace e tranquillità. I proprietari ti fanno sentire a casa e la signora Silvia cucina meglio che al ristorante. Posto incantevole e rilassante soprattutto con l’uso della vasca idromassaggio. Producono olio, vino e miele. Il signor Luigi è persona di altri tempi. Fantastico.

I proprietari sono davvero gentili e simpaticissimi, ci hanno mostrato l'ampia tenuta immersa nella natura e raccontato la storia di quella terra. L'alloggio è nuovo, con tutto quello che serve. Posto ideale per qualche giorno di relax o come tappa per partire verso nuove avventure. Consigliato!

Montebello degli Olivi liegt ab von der Straße und ist traumhaft ruhig. Ankommen und sofort wohl fühlen. Die Gastgeber geben von der ersten Minute das Gefühl, zur Familie zu gehören. Sie sind unglaublich herzlich. Sie verwöhnen ihre Gäste mit den leckersten toskanischen Speisen, mit leckerem Wein und sehr gutem Olivenöl. Es war eine wunderschöne Woche in der südlichen Toskana.

Esperienza in agriturismo magnifica. Relax, benessere e cibo di qualità assicurati! La struttura è situata in una zona ricca di storia e cultura a pochi passi dal lago di Chiusi bellissimo. I proprietari della tenuta, Gigi e Silvia, sono delle persone solari, accoglienti e subito ti fanno sentire a casa. Silvia è un'ottima cuoca, la nostra cena è stata impeccabile e squisita, Gigi è simpaticissimo e ci ha accolto con tutti i confort. Esperienza top della Jacuzzi calda al tramonto, romantica e immersa in un paesaggio toscano magnifico! Da ritornare assolutamente!

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa

Davvero una bella esperienza in tutto. Silvia e Gigi sono fantastici e molto accoglienti. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. La camera e' spaziosa e dotata di terrazza privata in cui poter fare colazione da soli la mattina. La vasca idromassaggio e la sauna con vista borgo sono stati la ciliegina sulla torta.

Gospodarstwo Luigi & Sylvii to wspaniałe miejsce na włoski odpoczynek. Można tutaj naprawdę poznać ducha Toskanii : po pierwsze z gospodarstwa rozciągają się cudowne widoki. Po drugie ogromną zaletą są sami gospodarze: niezwykle gościnni i pomocni. Domowe wino jest cudowne, a zamówienie ogromnej kolacji na miejscu jest po prostu konieczne - gospodarze wybornie gotują. Dodatkowym atutem jest jacuzzi z pięknym widokiem. Sam pokój jest bardzo wygodny, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia z zapasem kawy i przysmaków. W łazience zamontowano grzejnik do pogrzewania ręczników, co jest niezwykle przyjemne. Byliśmy już w wielu włoskich warunkach gospodarstwach - i na północy i na południu Włoch, ale jeszcze nigdzie nie czuliśmy się tak doskonale jak Tu. Na pewno wrócimy!
