Silvia and Gigi are great hosts and the homemade dinner was fantastic with a good serving show from Gigi. We booked it because of the mentioned homecooked dinners and it didn't disappoint.

It said that breakfast was included and the apartment comes with a kitchen but we wouldn't say that there's a kitchen. You get a microwave, coffeemaker and 1 cooktop with 1 pot but not a sink only the bathroom sink. Silvia mentioned that the kitchen was for reheating food which was odd. The included breakfast was just some toastbread and jam with some plastic packed croissant, not worth mentioning and we bought our own. You could hear the neighboring apartment a lot and they were only divided by a thin door. 40 euros for the spa is also a lot more than we expected.

Grazie Gigi e Silvia.
