The Boutique Apartment is the brand new ideal accommodation for couples on a romantic getaway and also for families with children. Equipped with all the services it is the perfect house to visit Tuscany and Umbria in all comfort.
Elegant in shades of Blue and Powder Pink, it has a Spacious Romantic Double Room with a Comfort Double Mattress, a Laptop-friendly Desk and an Open Wardrobe.
The Living Room is modern with a Double Sofa Bed, 40” LCD TV, Free WiFi with Fast Fiber Internet, a Kitchen equipped with all accessories, a Dishwasher, a Capsule Coffee Machine and Moka, a Manual and Electric Kettle for Herbal Tea and above all an Exclusive Private Terrace of 30 square meters for Breakfasts, Aperitifs, Dinners and Relaxing outdoors.
The Bathroom with a large Shower offers a Shampoo and Shower Gel dispenser, a Make-Up Mirror and a Hairdryer in addition to the parquet-effect floor in all spaces.
In the apartment you will find various soft Towels and Shower Sheets, Sheets and Blankets for the bedroom and depending on the guests also for the Sofa Bed and everything you need for Cooking and Setting the Table, including welcome water and breakfast with various products on the tray next to the coffee machines. Luca was an amazing host. Very attentive and answered promptly. The apartment was lovely very clean and had an outside patio which was very nice. Close to restaurants and high end shops. Met our needs for sure and the train station was a 5 minute walk.
