Apartments Meri & Karla

L’emplacement avec parking privé, la climatisation est un gros avantage en août. L’emplacement est parfait, pas loin des plages et de la vieille ville.

Malheureusement il manquait des poêles adaptées à la plaque à induction, balcon petit pour y manger à 4. Il y avait des travaux en cours qui n’étaient pas mentionnés sur l’annonce.

Lapad is a great part of Dubrovnik to stay in. The beaches are nearby, a grocery store is only a five-minute walk away, and there are several good restaurants in the area. There is also a bus stop just a few meters from the apartment, making it easy to reach Pile Gate by public transport (bus N°6). I gave the apartment a 7 because it offers good value for the price.

Unfortunately, several new houses are still being built below the apartment this year (2026). Therefore it can be quite noisy in the mornings, even during the holiday season. Although construction work is officially restricted to between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. during the season, the workers usually start around 8 a.m. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you like to sleep in. The afternoons are generally quiet. The air conditioning is installed only in the living room. During a heatwave, it struggles to cool the entire apartment. There are frying pans in the kitchen, but unfortunately none of them are compatible with the induction cooktop.

It was very nice and comfortable. The room was clean and perfect for a small family.

The parking was not so good.

The place is really nice and has a good view, well equipped and with nice beds for sleeping. Ac work really good, but Windows didn't have proper protecti on for mosquitoes or had but was not working

I would have liked that they would have told us there was a construction happening in front of the building. It was so loud and unpleasant that after 6-7am, you couldn't sleep more. There were some mold smells near the bathroom, and the hot water didn't work perfectly the first time we used it, which was unpleasant for my mom.
