We fell in Love with Dubrovnik& Host was exceptional- the best.

They host was so helpful- they offered to arrange a taxi driver and all cost agreed before hand. We were dropped off exactly where we needed to be- there was a security key lock to find the keys. There was someone there to also help which was nice. It was very easy.

Just would recommend to the host to mention they are on the second floor but it was easy to find- you can't get lost and Paulina is always available on phone to help, she also had someone there to assist.

Had such an amazing stay here! The view from the balcony is amazing! The whole apartment is clean and modern, the bed and pillows were extremely comfy, and the scenery around it all was beautiful, close to the beach, restaurants ect and a short bus/taxi ride to the old town! Definitely recommend, owner was super friendly aswell.

The beds are very inconfortable It’s a three room access so you basically have just one room with a shared principal door. You can hear everything happening in the other rooms. Linen was cheap.

Beautiful views and room and the host was lovely!

Lovely room with everything you need. It was clean, spacious and the balcony is a bonus. I mostly booked this room for the balcony and view. We wanted to enjoy slow mornings on the balcony or evenings watching the sun go down. Every evening we had the pleasure of watching the moon rise over the hill and the sun go down over the sea. The bed was comfortable and there was a fridge and hob in the little kitchen area which was ideal. The hallway of the building is stocked with stuff you might need e.g. pots and pans, deodorant, sun lotion, toilet rolls, etc. It was very handy if you had ran out of anything and needed something. The host, Paulina is an absolute delight. She was always so polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property. 10 minute bus ride from the Old Town, 5 minute walk to the closest beach and strip of restaurants. Lovely and quiet.

I wouldn't class this as a negative as I managed the stairs fine. But those who struggle with stairs may struggle with this accommodation. Our room was up two lots of stairs and the strip and beach is about three flights of stairs that would be quite a lot to manage for some. Just something to be mindful of when booking this apartment.

A great apartment with everything you need, close to lots of restaurants and bars. Lovely view from the balcony and very comfortable bed!

Not an issue for us but the apartment is up a steep hill so if you struggle with stairs or long walking it could be an issue for you

The apartment impressed us with its impeccable cleanliness and remarkable comfort. Paulina, our host, was exceptional in catering to our every need. The breathtaking view from the apartment was an absolute delight.

On the downside, the studio apartment felt a bit small, and the price seemed a tad high. While the description indicated a size of 35 sq. m., it appeared slightly smaller than that in reality. Comparing it to our 34 sq. m. apartment in Zadar, this one felt notably smaller. It's worth noting that accessing the beach, supermarkets, and the nearest bus stop required descending several flights of stairs and then ascending to the apartment. However, this seems to be a characteristic of Dubrovnik in general, and travelers should take this into account when planning their trip to the city. Overall, while the apartment offered excellent cleanliness, comfort, and a wonderful host, potential guests should be aware of the room size and the stairway situation when considering a stay here

the unit was on the third floor and no elevator. So if someone has issues with stairs it will be difficult. Also to get something as simple as a coffee you had to go down a LOT of stairs and then of course climb back up.

ideal stay for quiet and beautiful sights

the view if course! and it was very very clean , plus the host was super helpful. the apartment is up in the hills which gives you amazing sights but you would have to climb alot if you are traveling by foot. but little hike gives you a lot of amazing sights:)

Honeymoon stay

The balcony had a fab view and the apartment was very clean. Rhe location is fab near sunset beach. The host Paulina was also very lovely and set us up some candles for our honeymoon stay:)

Great place for a quiet beach holiday as a couple.

Paulina was a lovely host, the room was perfect for a couple and clean. There was a hob for cooking, fridge and sink. Pots and pans and plates, bowls and cutlery was provided. There was a lovey bathroom with a shower and plenty towels and beach towels to help ourselves too. We had a Terrace to ourselves for the first few nights, great for reading a book and enjoying the sunset. There was AC in the bedroom which was great for coping with the heat. The were plenty of beaches to chose from and not far a walk at all however there were a lot of stairs back and forth from the beach to the apartment but that was something we got used to :)

Everything is nice, its lil far from old town which is 5 km away but you will get uber which charge you around 6 euro. Also there is one bus stop but it was lil far from the apartment.

The host was lovely and approachable

The constant unreliability of the apartments Wi-Fi connection. Which meant that I wasn`t able to complete my work on my laptop. Also, even though the bed was comfortable, the beds supporting planks kept falling through the bed frame. It wasn't the end of the world but when it happens at 2:30am it becomes very irritating.

The host is very kind and welcoming, the room is exactly what is advertised and the location, even if its quite uphill and you need to take the stairs, is convenient and close to Lapad beach. The bed is comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed.

The only issues we had were with the wifi, the connection didn’t work at all for almost two days, and there also was an unpleasant and strong smell in the bathroom right from the start that we couldn’t get rid of.

Great apartment in Dubrovnik!

Very nice apartment! Very clean, the view was great from the balcony and enjoyed the large bathroom. A short walk to beaches and shop. Really liked that there were beach towels available for guests! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Dubrovnik!

There was no microwave, which was a bit odd for a self catering apartment.

Comfortable and well located studio

Loved this place a lot. Amazing host, very clean and well maintained room, great common areas and a fantastic view. Despite our flight delay and late arrival time we were warmly welcomed at the property and also were let to stay later at the last day. The location is also good (if the stairs is not an issue) - it is close to the main beach in the area and to the small stone beaches that are hidden in the pine trees along the seaside walk.

The view is amazing, but not all photos where from our apartment balcony :) not a big deal, just wanted to see a little bit more sea, but still, the view was very nice, especially in the evening :)
