Loved staying here! Very comfortable and clean! Josip met us and was very helpful and hospitable! Easy walk to Lapad beach with lots of places to eat and rocky beach to see amazing sunsets! NOTE: lots of stairs all over! Well worth it! Also close to convenience store. Easy to catch bus to and from Old City!

Exceptional

Great location for families with children, the beach is suitable for various needs. Luxury hotels are located nearby, the environment is calm and safe. A very nice promenade, perfect for an evening stroll. Very kind and communicative host, helpful. He prepared the apartment for us even 6 hours earlier, welcomed us, helped us carry our bags. During the stay, he even offered to wash clothes twice at no extra charge. The apartment is simple and clean, we had enough here to enjoy a week's vacation and enjoy Dubrovnik. I was very pleasantly surprised that everywhere is safe, there are no pickpockets in Dubrovnik, you can safely leave things on the beach unattended.

a very hospitable owner who meets, helps to bring things in and responds instantly to any request. not far from the beach, you need to go down the stairs and you are on the beautiful promenade and the beach. pet friendly apartments and no extra charge for pets. the only difficulty is finding a parking spot!

We had great holiday here! We got couple of wine bottles from host and he washed our loundry two times wich was really nice. Communication with host worked before and during the trip just great. He helped us with many questions without delaying. We got even later checkout. Apartment itself was nice and clean. Kitchen includes really good equipment for four people and it was nice to cook food from local ingredients. Location is really nice near beach and promenade. Kids loved the turtles and it was nice that quests were trusted to care them too :)

A lot of personal touches. You can feel the hosts really try to make it feel like home. A lot of space for the price we paid. Was expecting much smaller place in Dubrovnik! Excellent area with beautiful walks along the coast. Hosts on site are very helpful.

Location was great for those who want to be close to the old city but also outside of the main tourist area to allow for some wonderful peace and quiet. the host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating to our family.

Apartment situated in a nice neighborhood. The host, Josip, was great. Received some nice bottles of wine and was always available for giving advice regarding restaurants, parking, public transportation etc.

Fantastic value and the BEST host.

I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful our host Josip was. He met us at the door and carried our luggage up the steps single handed. He asked what we would like in the fridge and provided tea, coffee, fruit juice, coca cola, milk etc etc! He washed our laundry halfway through our stay amd nothing was too much trouble for him. When we left, there he was to carry the luggage to the taxi. A real gentleman and the perfect host. Hvala Josip and I truly hope vidimo se!

There were one or two issues but Josip was amazing at sorting things out. AC unit in one room broke but he provided a fan the very same day and arranged for a new AC unit to be fitted.

Apartment exactly as in the pictures, quite and peaceful area, and only @130 steps to the nearest beach. In the bathroom there are all sorts of things in case you forget something, welcome wine in living room, and turtles in the garden. And remarkable paitings on walls... It's not one of those modern, similar (to each other) apartmants, it's a place where you can feel like at home. To this nice host, very helpful and cultured.

Very good

Quiet area and still near to the beach, restaurants, shopping and bus stop. Apartment is charming and has anything you need. Air conditioning is excellent, quiet and in every room! Seating area outside, nice to dry towels or bathing suits. Beds and pillows are good. Host is very responsive and available for questions and suggestions. Welcome drinks in the fridge were a nice gesture and even a load of clothes to wash. Beaches near by are very beautiful with a promenade and wonderful sunsets. You are about 10 min away from Dubrovnik in bus or uber.

There are some steep stairs to get from the street (plus beach) to the apartment. You think twice to go back, in case if you left something in the property. Consider that you do walk a lot in the surroundings. Maybe an more accurate description or pics of the stairs you will walk to set the right expectations would be good.

Kiva ja kaunis välimerellinen ja rento pikku asunto, jossa sai asua kuin paikallinen asukas. Sijainti rauhallinen ja silti lähellä kaikki tarpeellinen. Viehättävä pieni puutarha täydensi aamupalahetket ja puutarhassa asuvat kilpikonnat olivat kivoja. Isäntä avulias ja luotettava kaikissa kysymyksissä ja tarvittavissa tilanteissa.
