We had a wonderful stay at this apartment as a group of three. It was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. After long days out exploring, it was such a pleasure to come back to a place that felt like home. Mornings were especially enjoyable—waking up early, having coffee, and taking in the beautiful view from the terrace. The location was perfect too, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous place, great hosts, amazing stay!

The view is stunning. The furniture is comfortable and the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and the pans were in good condition. If this place had a cover over the deck and better water pressure in the stand up shower - I would rent it and never ever leave.

The appliances have symbols that are hard to understand (for a non European) the water pressure on the stand up shower was minimal. The (beautiful) wide opening sliding glass doors took awhile to understand how to operate. The midday sun requires you to close the sliding glass door shades or it really heats up the apartment. Lots of steps from the beach.

Great views, great apartment, lots of steps

Gorgeous apartment with amazing views. Well equipped and very enjoyable place to be. We enjoyed going to the other side of the peninsula to the restaurants and bars next to the Marina. Easy to get an uber into Dubrovnik old town.

It is high up (as per other reviews) so lots of walking up steps which is fine but just so you know.

The location was perfect for Lapped beach and for the conference hotel that we were attending. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning.

There was some confusion over how many beds there would be. It was advertised as having 6 beds but there was 2 doubles and a single (plus the sofa).

The place was great. Just as pictured, communication with the host was top-notch and check-in was very easy (the host was waiting for us upon arrival).

Nothing, everything was great. It wasn't a con for us, but its not in old town so for those who prefer to be nearby it may not be ideal for you.

Wonderful!

The property was new and in a great location. Very quiet and secure. On site parking. Ana was incredible. She met us at the apartment much later than I initially intended on arriving. She was so helpful suggesting restaurants and helping us book excursions. She would reply immediately to any and all questions! Made our stay in Dubrovnik better than we expected. Thank you Ans!

Great home away from home. We were able to work remotely with a good wifi connection and great view.

What a fantastic view from this modern penthouse apartment overlooking Lapad Bay. The host, Ana was there to meet us and provide information about the local area. The kitchen was well equipped, and Ana was prompt to provide a set of large kitchen knives when we asked for them. The washer/dryer was used as well as the smart TV for evening entertainment.

In order to get a million-dollar view, you need to climb a lot of steps from the beach level. Unfortunately, the building does not have an elevator. We did find a solution by walking to the Hotel More which is one street level down and using their elevators to go up and down. Hotel More also has a unique Cave Cocktail Bar and a coffee and pastry cafe. The town is just a short stroll along the seaside pedestrian walkway.

Outstanding

Perfect accommodation for us as a family of five. The view was truly spectacular , with glass doors opening onto a balcony which extended the entire length of the apartment giving plenty of light and access to the stunning scenery. The apartment was fresh and well decorated . We were particularly impressed with how thoughtfully equipped it was , like a home away from home . The kitchen had everything you need not just a few basic pots and pans, so cooking was a pleasure on the days we chose to eat in. Also there were a range of toiletries, first aid kit, and a fridge with useful necessities and even a complimentary bottle of champagne. Finally Anna our host was brilliant, extremely helpful with organising anything we needed from taxis to restaurant bookings .
