Beautiful and cosy Apartment. Very clean and beautifull furnished. I would love to stay there again

The 1 bed apartment was exeptional. Very Clean and very nice firnishings(Bed, Couch, Dining Table and chairs, Kitchen Facilities). Not very far, walking distance, from a public car park which is free from 18:00 to 06:00.

There was nothing not to like about the Apartment. Yes there may be no roadside parking or offroad paarking but that is the nature of the location. Place is a walking distance from a public parking which is £4 for 10 hours between 06:00 to 18:00. Overnight parking is free.

Evesham town studio

The location was very central, perfect for the event in Evesham we were attending. The studio was clean and beautifully done out. Access was easy and instructions were spot on. And although they weren't needed the host left plenty of contact options should there be any issues

There was no parking but there was a very cheap 24-hour car park less than 3 minutes walk away. The studio was a little dark because of only having one window. It would have been handy to have 2 bedside lamps

Great price, but you get what you pay for

Apartment was spacious, comfortable, and in a good location. Price was very reasonable for the area.

The admin was incredibly excessive and off putting. They required an additional form to be filled in after booking, then the hosts sent TWELVE messages to me about my 2 night booking and many of them were pages long. This caused me a lot of unnecessary stress given that I was visting for work. There was very little soap and no toilet roll in the bathroom. There was also no washing up liquid, which made it hard to keep the flat and myself clean. The bed sheets were stained with what looked to be blood. If you don't mind all the messages and you are happy to bring your own soap and loo roll then it's not so bad, the price was incredibly reasonable. But I would also note that there's no parking outside, so you will need to pay for parking and carry bags a short distance through town.

Central location. Clean. No view but this was due to nature of studio flat. Big bed and tv and well equipped kitchen.

A door number near the entrance would have been useful. The WiFi code printed out. The sugar to coffee ratio was a bit low.

Convenient and comfortable.

Very comfortable first floor studio in the centre of Evesham with small but functional separate kitchen/diner. Nice large shower. Plenty of handy shops on the same street. Long term car park available nearby. Easy and safe access.

A welcome pack with WiFi log in details would have been helpful. The street outside can be very lively at night especially if the nearby night club is open.

Small, clean, quiet one room apartment for short term rental. Offsite service not entirely satisfactory.

This small one room apartment was well set up for a stay of a few days and for limited meal preparation. It provides places to hang and unpack clothes. The kitchen is small but functional. The location is close to cafes and late night budget restaurants. Although there is no parking on site there is a long term parking lot within a 10-minute walk. There is a good sized shower and adequate hot water and water pressure. Building security is good and the location is quiet at night. Although this property is one of many managed by a private company, we found them responsive to our emails.

The property is in a pedestrian zone with restricted access by motor vehicle. It is only possible to load and unload luggage within specified hours. The long stay public parking lot is within a 10-minute walk; however due to many one-way streets it takes a bit longer to drive between the parking lot and the property, and sat-nav is a necessity. We wouldn’t recommend booking this property when travelling by car. The property is difficult to find as it is behind an unmarked door and down a narrow alleyway. There was no information at the property about how things work; for example no internet login provided and it took about 12 hours to get the necessary information. We were not given info about how to leave the property, for example expectations regarding dish washing, or not. While there were towels on site we had to buy our own soap, dish soap, and toilet paper - not so easy late at night in an unfamiliar town. The mattress was thin and there was only one bedside lamp. We did not feel treated as welcome guests. Finally, full payment was required months in advance with a similarly long timeline for cancelation.

Location was good, apartment was very clean

It was dark, with only one small window so also stuffy because of lack of air flow. Despite advertised as having WIFI it was not possible to connect or locate as router did not show up on a available networks nor on specific s earch so we had no WIFi for whole duration of stay and despite repeated requests this was not resolved. There was only the end of one toilet roll in bathroom so we had to go out and buy our own.

Disappointing

The location was ok.

It was the one apartment which I requested not to have and I received an email confirming that 'that had been done'. So I was very disappointed to say the least as I expected a sitting area with sofa and a window to the street and a dining table. None of these were available in this room.. We could not have an alternative and I expected a slight refund but this was not forthcoming. Utensils were rather scant .

Apartamento espacioso pero tremendamente sucio. Con sofá cama malísimo

Era muy espacioso. Con cama de matrimonio de 180

Sucio: cocina: el horno me atrevería a decir que nunca se ha limpiado: lleno de grasa y había tazas con las marcas del café. Éramos 3 y sin embargo solo había cubertería para dos: literalmente 2 tenedores dos cucharas y dos cuchillos. Respecto al sofá cama, es imposible que un adulto duerma ahí: el colchón es malísimo: se clavan todos los muelles. Cuando llegamos, tuvimos que hacer la cama del sofá pero el edredón tenía una mancha enorme amarilla: por consiguiente durmió solo con una sábana. Sólo te ponen un rollo y medio de papel higiénico. Al llegar no vimos la clave de la wifi por ningún lado y mandamos un mensaje al que nunca recibimos contestación: eso sí, para decirnos que dejáramos a las 10.00 el apartamento, lo mandaron la noche anterior.

Un completo desastre.

Fue un completo desastre. No me enviaron el código de acceso, la puerta exterior no tiene número, no contestan al teléfono, encima me envían mensaje diciéndome que toda la información fue enviada el día de antes. No hacen más que enviar mensajes repetidos de publicidad, como si en esos mini estudios fuera posible contratar chef. Los colchones con muelles se clavan en la cadera, una pena que unas instalaciones nuevas no estén dadas de alta como toca, estén señalizadas en la calle y sobretodo estén limpias. No repetiría.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und helles Apartment mit viel Platz. Neue und moderne Möbel. Parkplätze unweit des Apartments für 4 Pfund Tagespreis oder ab 18:00 Uhr bis 08:00 Uhr kostenfrei. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber. Gut gelegen für Tagesausflüge. Evesham nettes Städtchen mit hübschen Restaurants & Pubs. Besonders netter Vermieter alles war perfekt. Wir kommen wieder.

Alles war sehr gut!
