Spacious Cotswolds Base, Private Garden & Parking

This is a new build house on a lovely quiet estate. The house is simply stunning with great facilities and proportions. It has been decorated throughout to a very high standard. There is also a large garden with numerous seating/dining options. The house is not overlooked from the back so its lovely and peaceful, we even spotted a little dear one morning

Its probably just missing a washing line in the garden, I know they are not very appealing on the eye, but you can get ones that pull out from the wall. The plug in the ensuite is a little bit tricky, doesn't seem to want to stay in.

Peaceful location. Fabulous house with warm furnishings, extremely comfortable beds, large garden with space to do yoga stretching and reading, excellent garden furniture and a large outdoor dining area. We booked this 1 hour before some of our party was due to arrive as our first property cancelled on us 3 hrs before we were due. With 7 of us coming from different locations, this was rather stressful. EVERYTHING about the property worked for us. We brought some extra fans as we knew it might be warm. But it cooled off nicely at night. We came to walk the Alzheimers Cotswolds Trek26 - we have made some lovely memories and thoroughly enjoyed the practicality of the space. The kitchen is well equipped... dishwasher a real plus! The key safe worked well for us as we went out separately at times. We did not use the dining room as eating outside was a must! The living room would be a bit of a squeeze if we had all had to use it (seated 4-5 easily). Easy parking outside (be respectful of residents space and park in car park down the way if there are many cars - we had 4). Eversham is very well serviced with a Tesco Extra and a quaint town center with lots of interesting shops. There are also some lovely towns to visit nearby. We wish we could have stayed longer. We came for the Trek26 so we are unlikely to come back but we would highly recommend this property ! Thank you!

The garden was the best part, especially in the heatwave! The fans provided were so useful! The welcome gift was a kind gesture.

It wasn’t very child friendly, especially for a two year old 🙈 There wasn’t enough crockery, cutlery, serving dishes to suit our needs. The security camera in the garden made us feel a little uncomfortable. The duvets were winter duvets! Something lighter would have been handy.
