It was nice, clean, and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The place was warm and cozy throughout. When I arrived the place was ready to go and the heating was already on which made a difference. The place has everything I needed for my stay and plenty of equipment to cook. The little treats on arrival with some milk was ideal as well. Definitely a place I'd look at staying again in this area. The Christmas tree was a nice touch as well.
Not a lot really. Everything seemed to be covered!

No breakfast.
Location was really good, near the town.
They left us mince pies, prosecco and milk, chocolates and biscuits which was really kind of them, beds were comfortable, overall it was very good.
It could of been cleaner as there were cobwebs and dust underneath the sofas and chairs, also the cooker needed a good deep clean.

Great location.
Musty smell. Noisy floor and no sound proofing through walls.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The location is easy to find and it's close to shops and accessible to Broadway. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this place.
Nothing. Maybe add some toiletries like shampoo and soap/body wash.

The lodges are very comfortable and super clean.
The wi fi was not great, so when trying to research places to visit or booking somewhere to eat, made this difficult.

It was close to Evesham and provided everything you would need for a short stay. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the accommodation had everything we needed. There was even milk in the fridge for a welcoming cup of tea!
There wasn’t anything not to like.

The location was lovely
We left the property with parasitic bites all over my daughter and and array of bites over my other family members We were not sure what insects were to blame The property were happy to tell me about the pest control company that were due to arrive 2 days after our departure and that the rooms had been treated previously in July 2025. We made sure that all our luggage was fumigated with our cars before we entered our own homes Not cheap ! It did deflect from our glorious family wedding that we attended over the weekend

A really lovely lodge to stay in if you want to stay near The Cotswolds. A lovely onsite cafe and antique shops. The three bedrooms were spacious. The WiFi was good. Dog friendly too!

Communication was excellent. We arrived after a long drive but we had been told which cabin was ours and where the key would be. There was a note on the door welcoming us and we got straight in. The cabin was very comfortable and cosy. It was also very well equipped. Lovely site.

The Lodge was clean and had everything you needed for your break away. The Cafe, Antique shop and local area were pleasant. Staff all friendly and happy to help. Bed linen and towels included. A field to walk your dog, and local pub around 25mins walk.
The Lodge was fine, however the WiFi hardly worked (but we didn’t come away to sit on devices) so didn’t effect our break away. Overall the site was very dated and run down. The advertised Kids park on site, was no more than some old toys and slides on a hard standing. Shame as it could be a lot better with some investment. Our view was portacabins and a debilitated greenhouse to the left and a field in front. We had no issues with the road noise behind, as our lodge was closer to the field than the road. I would say if you’re looking for a budget hub to drive into some nice areas this is fine. But felt that the pictures don’t reflect the true representation of what you’re paying for !

Really liked the cabin very big and comfortable mark was friendly with us and helpful. Good for our dogs with the wooden surround at the front. Good cafe on site too. Would definitely go again. Good parking space and nice and quiet . Not far away from Evesham.
The road on the way in to site especially when walking the dogs but that's down to the footpaths and overgrown branches, not down to Mark. The council are blamed for that.

Positives:
Shower pressure and hot water were great. A good sized bathroom.
Each room has decent windows.
Dish soap, antibacterial spray, hand soap, etc were provided.
Milk, tea, and biscuits were also a nice welcome touch.
Bed sheets were clean.
Plenty of toilet paper.
The deck, table and chairs are located opposite a field, very relaxing.
It’s small & cosy, but at the same time, the space has been used wisely. Good for family with kids.
Dogs are allowed, outside area are great for dogs to walk (cabin is located opposite to a big field)
Plenty of parking on site, next to cabin.
Negatives:
The place is not very clean, full of dust. Every glass & utensil had to be cleaned before it could be used. Some of the drawers in the rooms were dirty. The furniture in the living room was quite dirty. The fridge was also not very clean. The general level of cleanliness of the place was quite poor. You will basically need to clean everything before you use it.
It is right next to a busy road with lots of traffic day and night. Not the place to come if you’re a light sleeper or want to hear the birds chirping.
The WiFi is average. Ok for web browsing, but, not suitable for work purposes.
The door of the toilet is extremely noisy. Closing the door quietly when people are asleep is impossible.
The surrounds are a bit run down and messy.
Gas stove (including oven) was a bit slow - took ages to cook.
If you want to cook, I suggest you to take your own knives, their knives are so blunt it’s hard to know which side to use .
Some of the beds were not comfortable - can feel the springs.
By aside from the above, we were ok with it, as we were only there to sleep. We just got on with it and dealt with it.
We prefer to avoid making complaints.
However, what prompted this review was the appalling behaviour of the owner or manager (we presume), who came to the cabin at check-out time, and was extremely, extremely rude.
It’s worth mentioning that the man who gave us the key and show us to our cabin on arrival was quite pleasant.
The owner’s first appearance was on the morning of checkout. He abruptly appeared and confronted my 12yo outside as to “what are you still doing here?! Are you going to pay for the extra time?!
We had mis-read the departure time. We thought it was 11am when it was 10:30. We had spent the morning cleaning everything so that it was cleaner than when we arrived. The cars were packed and we were just waiting for someone to come, when he arrived.
He didn’t have the decency to introduce himself or ask to speak to an adult.

Unfortunately the mattresses all need replacing as well as the towels. The kitchen and equipment/cutlery/crockery were dirty and needed washing before use.

Marks communication was excellent, from beginning to end 🌟 beautiful lodge in a quiet, peaceful setting, overlooking farmers fields. 10 minutes drive to Evesham and Broadway. Broadway Tower was well worth a visit. The lodge had everything we needed and more. Parking for 3 vehicles was an added bonus. 3 large bedrooms, large lounge and kitchen. Powerful shower 🙌 Lovely little cafe on site in a beautiful setting. Kids play area which was packed with ride on toys. I left my lady shave at the property and even though Mark was away when I contacted him, he made sure it was returned to me the next day (no postage charge) Fabulous customer service. We will definitely be staying again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The antique shop and tea room are wonderful, and the accommodation is just perfect. No arcades, entertainment or fast food, just peace, quiet and tranquility. Everywhere is dog friendly. The antique shop is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, and the tea room Wednesday to Sunday, but it's a family run site and everyone deserves a break.
Not Applicable.

The host went to a lot of trouble to help us celebrate a big family birthday. On arrival there was a cake, flowers and banners and my 70 year old sister was delighted. They even provided a ramp for her mobility scooter.
The setting was perfect with playing equipment for younger children, lots of space for cars and playing between the two lodges. The view across fields was perfect.
The cooking facilities are extensive and we cooked for 14 people in two lodges.
The only comment from some was that their mattresses were a little too soft for them. This was a matter of preference with guests aged from 9 to 75!

We were greeted by the owner which was nice but then had lots of privacy after that. Great location for where we wanted to be. The property was really well equipped. It had everything you could want including extras that you often don’t get in other places like foil, cling film, milk etc.

Useful to have milk, toilet rolls, towels and tea towels for us to use.
£460 for two nights was over priced. The Lodge wasn’t clean. We had to wash pans and cutlery etc before we used them. The lodges need some TLC.

Good value for money. Well kitted out. Amazing shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Very spacious lounge area and lovely deck with table and chairs. Great view across the fields. Fantastic to have a washing machine and clothes line. Treat to have fresh milk and biscuits in the unit. Excellent storage place for clothes
Traffic noise takes some getting used to. Units are quite close together so neighbours unpacking late at night triggered the security spot light continuosly close to midnight. Children screaming outside the unit early in the morning relates more to their parents than the facilities as do the dogs visiting and messing around the unit requiring one to step carefully. Dishes, glasses and cuttlery all needed washing again but bedding was clean.

Large living area and great outdoor deck. Parking great and washing machine and drying line.
Quiet location and nearby cafe handy
Second bedroom a bit quashy. Wouldn’t like to be a family trying to fit in.
Also a bit worried about bedding, sheets etc.
