Roomy house in central location. Helpful and understanding hosts.

It's a spacious four bedroom house on three floors with a basement and a nice yard at the back.

No toilet on the ground floor.

Lovely home away from home!

Lovely home away from home, great location and brilliant facilities. Communicated with hosts on arrival and they were very accommodating to our group. Have stayed here multiple times and will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks for having us!

Amazing location great property really pleased with having parking, lots of good details extra toilet roll, kitchen towel, washing machine powder and softener, hand soap very comfy beds with lovely clean bedding great outside area. Can’t wait to go back

Could do with some updating and additional seating- there isn’t enough if you were a larger group. Cleaning could be quite a bit better.

Disappointed

Close to Town

I had to call for the key box code which wasn't sent to me prior to my arrival. Strong smell of paint throughout the property. No blind on attic window which is directly above the bed. No working extractor fan in main bathroom. Lots of cobwebs and marks on wall leading up stairs. Cooker not great. Lack of decent kitchen utensils Smoke deteror in kitchen had the battery removed. Garden was messy. Cigarette bin full and butt's all around. Owners do not issue invoices for business users. They don't answer emails, text or calls after check out.

Spartan and needing a clean

Location, bed was comfortable

It really needs a proper clean. The sides of the bath were dirty and was the bathroom sink around the taps The top floor bedroom looks great on the photo but there are no blinds for the windows!

Disappointing...Like Student Accommodation!!

The beds and bedding were clean and fresh. Central location for town.

Property is poorly maintained. It's like student accommodation. Upon arrival there was a smell of cigarettes and damp. The kitchen was not very clean. The oven door was broken, filthy and not useable. We contacted the owner as had no way to cook our food. To his credit he brought around an airfyer but wasn't very sympathetic to our concerns of cleanliness. We had to clean the airfryer before we could use it, along with all the cutlery! This Property could be very nice if it had a deep clean and some more modern furniture. It has no soul. The top floor bedroom has no blinds, so the sun comes through at 6am and no mirror. Overall extremely disappointing and the worst Property I have stayed in via booking.com.

Lovely, roomy house. Ideal for a family holiday on the edge of the Cotswolds.

It's a clean and spacious house with parking outside. Good communication from the host.

There's not much cutlery, and the garden is not too pretty.

Location was great

TV pic and sound was very poor. No proper coffee machine. Lounge sofa was not comfortable.
