We had an extremely disappointing experience at this accommodation. Several members of our group (from different households) suffered flea bites during our stay, and we even found a flea in one of the beds. This alone would have been unacceptable, but the situation was made worse by how our complaint was handled. The host’s response felt dismissive and unhelpful. Our holidays were effectively ruined, and we ended up leaving the property early because of the ongoing flea bites. We will not be returning, and the way the issue was addressed left us deeply dissatisfied. If you want to avoid spending the weeks after your holiday dealing with fleas in your clothes and belongings, we strongly recommend avoiding this property.

Excellent, really enjoyed the stay very comfortable cottage and very helpful host.
Host was excellent. Provided great detail on location where to park etc. Also provided milk for our arrival and allowed us to drop off our cases in the morning of our first day. Cottage was spotless and very welcoming and good location in Evesham.

It was lovely and cosy, good shower and we was left milk and things for coffees or tea which was a nice touch

Not for non dog owners!
Nice size and felt welcoming on arrival. Had everything you would need for a short or long stay.
Very strong smell of dog throughout property, including the beds! I wouldn't recommend non dog owners like us.

Excellent property away from noise and bustle.
Everything was exceptional. Even down to the hosts support when the Wi-Fi didn't work. They were easily contactable and nothing was too much trouble.

A nice and warm house in a quiet and dog friendly area. With a helpfull host!
I cannot recommend the accommodation to another Swede because of the beds. The rest of the house was great!
