Everything was perfect. We felt very comfortable from the first day to the last. The team was very friendly. The rooms were verg clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning service. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner — a must in a summer destination — worked perfectly. The location was also excellent. Special thanks to Panos, he helped us about everything.

Wonderful place

One of the best places we’ve stayed. Very clean, spotless actually ( daily cleaning ) , owner very attentive to details, huge space. Confortable bed, everything you need in the kitchen , great living room. Also the balcony is amazing, big and with a wonderfull sea view. Big parking lot video monitored. A perfect vacation, couldn’t ask for more. The owner is really nice, very helpful and polite, he even gave us a welcome gift. I deffinitely recommend it. We’re going back for sure next year.

Best sea view

Located above Nikiti, away from noise and traffic, but easily accessible on foot in 10 minutes. The accommodation is spacious, very clean, with a great balcony to admire the sea view. It is peaceful, with occasional sounds of peacocks! The gardens are immaculate and there is plenty of outdoor seating/comfy deckchairs if you want to relax outside. The host Panos is very helpful and welcoming. The old town of Nikiti is a 10 minute walk away and there is a café and restaurants here. Worth a visit.

Panos was the nicest! We booked super last minute and just immediately arrived to the location around check in time, he waited for us when we arrived and literally cleaned up our room fastest as possible and made sure we are comfortable with everything. We loved the place and had everything we needed! Including a well organised kitchen and balcony with a view. Room is super big (we were 2). The location is up hill at Nikiti, walking distance from the old town, 3-4 min drive to the marina so super easy to arrive where u need

Wow!! The place is amazing. So clean and species. Beautiful rooms and close to everything. But the most important thing is the owners, They are the most amazing people!! This place has everything you need! It's up on a hill, so you can see the sea. The rooms are big, comfy, and have all you want. The owners are super nice and make sure your room is always clean. Very happy with our stay in Nikiti

We liked everything about Melian Suites and we were very happy spending one week of our holiday here! Few words to describe our experience, below: - the communication before check-in and after, for the whole duration of our stay, was very good; the owners were very friendly; the property is new, clean, very modern, beautifully and tastefully decorated. - there are good and large supermarkets, coffee shop, bakery in the neighbourhood, at walking distance. We definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone and would like to return in a heartbeat! :)

No complaints at all about the property. The only discomfort from our point of view was the barking at night of the neighbours' dogs and street dogs, but this is nothing that the owners can do about. It is only for your information, dear fellow travellers :)

Great, new apartments

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Younger host Panos speaks good english, which is very rare in Greece. They clean rooms daily and change towels every 3 days. Furniture and equipment is completely new and sufficient for main activities. Private parking was available on the site. Terrace is beautiful with an amazing view of the sea. In the yard there is relax zone with sunbeds, tables and chairs. Location is in old Nikiti, far from the beach, but this part of town is much different and prettier than the commercial, new one.

The owners are extremely friendly and nice, the rooms are cozy, the AC is really good for that hot Greek summer and the view from the balcony is pretty good. Also, there's a small turtle in the backyard and it's just amazing.

As the place is brand new, there was still a bit of dust inside the rooms and there was a water shortage a couple of times but the issue was not just local, but the whole street.

The property is very new and modernly furnished. The rooms are even better than the photos with a perfect taste of design. The rooms are very spacious with large balcony and a good view. Cleaning is perfect. There is a private carparking. It is a family business and we loved our stay. The hosts are very kind, they let us know when our room was ready and greeted us with delicious sangria. It was so nice that they even provided little appetizers for breakfast ready for us in the fridge and a bottle of wine. Our special thanks to Panos, he is one of the best hosts we met, he did his best to make us comfortable and he is a very hardworking, kind and nice person. This place is definitely recommended and we will come back!
