Good property. Nice owners. Quiet area. View is nice twards the lower Nikiti.

-parking access inside the property is a bit dificult and is lost time to enter and exit the property due to the very tight tile road inside (plants on the access road make it a bit dificult the exit with reverse for bigger cars). Access to inside parking can definetly be improved.This can be avoided and parked outside in case if available. For us was available ouside parking during the stay. - bathroom cabin can become tight. This is valid in general and a bit unconfortable for people with children. - In general room quality can be a bit improved with removal of extra furniture(unnecessary decorations and armchair). In general the apartment is good and equiped with all needed stuff including whashing machine. In case of adding bed for baby the apartment becomes tight. Would be nice to review a bit and keep only what truely is needed inside the room.

Camera a fost curată, patul confortabil, iar bucătăria și baia utilate cu aproape tot ce am avut nevoie. Locația este destul de accesibilă, iar gazda a fost amabilă și atentă la nevoile noastre.

Camera era situată la demisol, așa că nu a fost foarte luminoasă, ceea ce poate deranja pe cei care preferă spații cu multă lumină naturală. Un alt aspect care m-a incomodat a fost poziționarea aparatului de aer condiționat — bătea direct spre pat, ceea ce nu este foarte confortabil.

Amazing studio. Fully equipped kitchen. Superb garden. Lovely hosts. Very good location. Quiet area. Can't get better than this. 15m walk to Nikiti center and beach. 10m walk to old Nikiti. Would come back at any time!

Everything was great!The amazing house with beautiful garden,very clean,comfortable and cosy.The location is perfect,quiet,but very close to Nikiti center. There are to big shops nearby. This is one of the best houses I have ever stayed in. Million thanks 😊
