Se proprio dobbiamo trovare dei punti di miglioramento: la strada per arrivarci è molto ripida, la doccia potrebbe avere una tendina per evitare di bagnare tutto il bagno.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our 7-day stay. It was well maintained and felt like a home away from home. The beach was about 2 km away, which was a short drive and convenient for us. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The host was friendly and responsive, and the entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and quiet place to stay. We would be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at SeaView House Nikiti 1. The apartment offers a beautiful sea view that makes every morning special. The cleanliness was excellent, and the linen was changed every four days, which added great comfort to our stay. There is a free parking spot available, which was very convenient. The communication with the host was outstanding—quick, friendly, and always helpful. The location is also perfect: just 15 minutes on foot to the port of Nikiti, ideal for a relaxing walk after dinner. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well‑maintained place to stay in Nikiti.

The remote control of the one of the air conditioners didn't work, but it was not a big deal.

The property is big modern and clean. Everything is like on the pictures and there is a parking for your car.
