Everything perfect!

Our stay in July at Lakis House in Nikiti was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We travelled as a family ( 2 adults + our girls 7 and 9 years orld) .Nestled in a peaceful area yet just a short drive or walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, this property truly offers the best of both worlds—tranquility and convenience. The house itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living space and comfortable beds, every detail is thoughtfully considered. The outdoor balcony is large and ideal for morning coffee, lunch dinner or relaxing evenings. What made our stay truly exceptional, though, was the warm hospitality of the hosts. Nina and Lakis were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made us feel at home. They provided welcome gifts and were always available if we had questions. Whether you're traveling as a couple, a family, or a group of friends, Lakis House is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of Sithonia. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. If available , don't think twice! Book with confidence! Thank you, Lakis and Nina for a wonderful stay!

Това е едно от най- хубавите места за настаняване, на които сме били. Всичко което е описано в представянето отговаря на истината. Домакините бяха много любезни, посрещнаха ни много мило. Жилището е обзаведено с много вкус и удобствата бяха - все едно сме си в къщи! В кухнята има абсолютно всичко необходимо за приготвяне на храна, и всичките уреди оставени за ползване работеха. Посрещнахме тук новата 2026г. и получихме сладкиши за подарък от домакинята. В стаите беше топло и уютно и прекарахме добре празника! С удоволствие бихме посетили мястото отново!

Traumhaftes Apartment in Nikiti

Großes gemütliches Apartment in der Altstadt von Nikiti. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es eine Flasche Wein, eine Süssigkeit und Wasser. Hier ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine. Das Apartment ist super sauber !!! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Was uns gefehlt hat war eine Filterkaffeemaschine. Das Bett war für uns perfekt und unser Highlight war die Terrasse. Wir waren vier Tage hier, leider bei viel Regen und das schöne Apartment hat unseren Aufenthalt hier gerettet. Am dritten Tag wurde das Apartment komplett gereinigt incl. frischer Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut und sehr herzlich. Alles was man braucht ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Für uns war das Apartment perfekt und wir können es zu 100% weiter empfehlen!!!

Το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό, πεντακαθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο , ανετο σαν να βρίσκεσαι στο σπίτι σου. Με ένα μωρό μαζί μας δεν νιώσαμε ούτε στιγμή ότι κάτι μας δυσκόλεψε. Ο κλιματισμός δουλεύει πολύ καλά, έχει καυτό νερό όλη την ημέρα και ανετο μεγάλο κρεβάτι. Η κουζινα ειναι ανετη φωτεινη και διαθέτει τα πάντα οργανωμενα και τακτοποιημενα. Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι φιλικοί και κοντά σου σε ο,τι χρειαστείς αν και η αλήθεια ειναι οτι έχουν προνοησει για όλα και δεν έχεις και πολλα να ζητήσεις. Η επικοινωνία άριστη και πολύ ανθρώπινη και άμεση. Άριστη σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Πολυ καθαρο και περιποιημένο σπιτι, διακοσμημένο με ωραιο γούστο. Ανετο μπαλκόνι με επιπλα βεράντας. Είναι πολύ ήσυχο σπίτι αλλά παράλληλα προσφέρει εύκολη πρόσβαση στα καφε και τα εστιατόρια αλλά και στις γύρω ωραίες παραλίες της περιοχής . Είναι η ιδανικη τοποθεσία αν μετακινείστε με αυτοκίνητο .
