Perfect and clean accommodation for short stays

Property was excellent and it has parking, everything was perfect and it has everything that you need like coffee machine, air conditioning, nice kitchen, air fryer and other appliances. The apartments have nice balcony with view on street but it is pretty private😊

It has a few deficiencies, like a lower pressure on shower in bathroom and the additional bed was not so comfy. Also just other to know that the accommodation rooms are on floor and it has 2 pair of stairs which to someone is not a deficiency

Clean, comfortable and good value for the money place to stay

Clean, comfortable, good value for the money, private parking, terrace and balcony, friendly staff, energy efficient building, we did not needed to use the AC for example, very nice appliances (Nespresso machine, air fryer etc.)

Could have been equipped with more diverse kitchen tools (peeler, a proper knife). Also, there is no cleaning during the entire stay

The property of location is very good in the main road easy way to go anywhere ( other beach’s etc) Parking private by property Studio is new build

I gave poor for cleanness and will explain why. The room are new and very nice , well cleaned but just when you enter on your day ONE. Unfortunately NO daily cleaning , NO towel replacement on every 2nd day, NO bed sheets changes every 4th day, NO TOILET PAPER I asked when do you change towels they cleaning lady said every 3rd day. Guess what on day #3, I have to call and contact the person who welcome us to ask for towels change and clean bed sheets…respond will inform the office I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND, that for 130€ daily cost you don’t provide daily cleaning, NO toilet paper given , than I have to go to the market and buy in my own cost, I have to call for towels to be change and bed sheets , sorry but this is very bad for your business. Cleanliness is not what I see when I come is how you are maintaining my stay for 130€ at night. The “SUITES” should be taken off from you name of the property just Nikiti central. The same time on the balcony they left broom, and set for floor washing. Do they think i came on vacation to wash the floor? I’m also recommending BOOKING to really check and write proper service what property will provide.

Very good

The appartment is fully equipped with all that you need for your stay. It even has an air fryier. The facilities are very nice. The location is on the main street in Nikiti. There are bakeries, supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. It is a bit noisy but with the air conditioning we could have a good night sleep. In 7-10 minutes walking you can be on the beach. There is parking available behind the flat.

There is no cleaning service during your stay. You have to take the garbage by yourself. If you want cleaning there is available with an additional cost. For the price of one night they could have offered at least minimal cleaning service.
