Great accomodation in Nikiti. Perfect stay.

We had a great stay at Sea Star. The apartment is brand new, modern, simple and clean decorated. The AC in every room was very helpful as the temperature outside raised to 39°C. We had a great sleep, as the pillows and matresses are of very good quality. Also the location is great for those who seek tranquility: on a quiet street, but distance walking to restaurants , shops, pharmacies and 3 minutes by car from the beach. 2 parking places always available in front of the accomodation.

Good place it’s worth it.

Nice new place, it has everything that you would need, host is nice as well.

It is located on the street on which each Friday there are farmers market. Street is close on Friday, do not park infront of the property since you wont be able to leave with your car. Farmer market is noisy and once they left the street is really dirty.

Familien Urlaub 8 Nächte, 5 Personen.

Super Lage, etwas ausserhalb des Trubel aber nicht zu weit. Alles in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Super Parking vor der Haustüre. Super und schnelle Kommunikation bei Fragen, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen. Der Farmermarkt am Freitag ist super und vor der Türe, tolle Produkte.

Apartament ok pentru perioade scurte (3-4 zile maxim). Dupa, trebuie sa te apuci de curatenie, spalat rufe etc

Curat la inceput. Zona buna, linistita. Apartament mare cu aer conditionat in fiecare camera.

Chiar daca stai mai mult de o saptamana (o luna, oricat) proprietarul nu asigura macar un minim de curatenie periodica in apartamant. Pe langa faptul ca trebuie sa faci asta singur, nu ai nici produse de curatenie, nici detergent pentru masina de spalat, nimic. Ai un singur mop obosit(trebuie aruncat dupa parerea mea) si un aspirator. Din bucatarie lipsesc chestii uzuale gen oliviera, ibric de cafea(ne-a adus proprietarul la cererea noastra), toaster(probabil un bonus la alte cazari). Proprietarul, destul de amabil la inceput, la intrebarea despre curatenie a pus problema ceva de genul “dupa ce ca ati venit pe ieftineala…vreti si curatenie in banii astia…” total urat si nepotrivit. Mentionez ca am platit mai mult de 1000€ pt 7 nopti de cazare (nu mi se pare chiar asa ieftin) Am stat la apartamente in alta parti ale Greciei unde se facea curat + lenjerie + prosoape la 2 zile, deci nu ar fi fost anormal. Desi apartamentul este ok, lasa de dorit atitudinea managerului.
